About three months back, Josh and I received an invitation to Jason and Sophie's wedding. Their son Blake is going to be held by me since I will be a bride's maid along side Charlotte and Sophie's sister Skylar. Daniel, Andrew and Josh are going to be the groomsmen.

The wedding is today and Josh and I were waiting with Skylar, Charlotte, Daniel, and Andrew out in the church hall. I was holding baby Blake. Sophie had him almost two months ago. He's so little!

Little Blake was holding onto my finger while I gazed at him. The more babies I'm around the better. Roberto and Blake, they both are just so cute. I love babysitting.

"Have you and Dylan ever planned on having kids?" Skylar, Sophie's twin asked. Andrew and Charlotte were both leaning over my shoulders to get a peek at the little man.

"Well, they're engaged aren't they stupid?" Daniel asked, with his hands on his hips.

"I swear to the big man himself that I will drag you down that isle by your ear if you make another remark like that today. You hear me asshat?" Skylar snapped but Daniel was walking away from her with his fingers in his ears.

"Don't you walk away from me!" Skylar said following him.

Josh took a deep breath and walked over to where us three were standing. "You wanna hold him?" I asked, while stroking Blake's soft cheek.

"Uh, sure." I carefully handed Blake over to Josh. At first, he looked tense. Then Blake opened his eyes and cooed at Josh. A smile slowly formed on Josh's face. "Charlotte."

"Yes Josh." Charlotte looked over at Andrew with a smirk.

"His nails are so tiny." Josh said rubbing his thumb along Blake's tiny hand.

We snickered for a moment. When we heard the music start playing, we all got into position and Josh handed Blake back over to me. We were the last ones to walk out before the bride. I could see and hear all the family members coo and hush over the baby. If I wasn't the one holding him I would do the same.

I looked at Josh across the platform stairs we stood on. He smiled and winked at me. Soon we will be in the positions of the groom and the bride. My heart fluttered. I looked over to the entrance when I heard everyone awing.

Sophie looked so beautiful. Her hair had been curled and she was wearing little to no makeup. Her dress was a tight mermaid dress that was a cream color. She wore a short veil and a shiny gold tiara. Most girls would be pissed if they saw their man looking at someone so gorgeous. Not me, because I'm looking at her too. She is absolutely stunning.

Jason bit his lip and looked down at the floor. I could tell he was trying to contain his emotions when they both turned to face the priest.

The reception started at 6pm. Sophie and Jason were showing off Blake to their family members. Andrew danced with Skylar and Daniel danced with Charlotte.

Josh and I slow danced in the corner. "It's funny how in the beginning you didn't like Sophie." Josh said.

I sighed. "Well that's only because I thought you were still hung up on her." He spines me around and wrapped his arms around me.

"If someone is in a relationship and they are hung up on someone else, it's not fair to the other person." Josh says.

"I agree. I mean now I know I was being silly. Like, look how happy they are." I say and we turn to see Sophie and Jason dancing while Skylar held baby Blake.

"You know, Skylar asked the weirdest question ever. And I never really thought about it."
Josh started.

"Hey, no need to rush things Bear. When we're ready, we'll know." I respond. He nods in agreement.

"I'm going to go see how Andrew and Daniel are doing." Josh said kissing my cheek then walking over to the guys at their table.

I took that as my chance to go talk to Charlotte and Skylar. They were on the dance floor chatting and rocking the baby. I offered them some seats at another table and we all walked over to sit down.

"How does it feel to be an engaged woman?" Skylar asked.

I shrugged. "It's been nice, although all my friends keep asking about my future. Avery wants to be a god mother and Jasmine insists on helping me plan the wedding.."

"It seems like they're more excited for the future than you are." Charlotte teased.

I shake my head. "That's not it at all. I just feel like they're thinking too far ahead." I watch baby Blake sleep in Skylar's arms.

"I mean you are nineteen. You have time for things like these." Charlotte said referring to Blake and the wedding.

"I agree, when you both are ready, then.." Skylar shrugged her shoulders and smiled.

I nodded. When the time comes, we'll know.
