Forty-Third Chapter

Dear Diary,

So Victoria and I talked about how it would happen. We set up the camera in her kitchen and then invited him inside to talk about the night he missed. We explained that to the camera and he came over. I was sitting on the counter and he walked into the kitchen. He kissed me and I hugged him trying to show him the tattoo.
Victoria: Ew not in my kitchen. Ondreaz you didn’t even apologize the other night to me.
Ondreaz: I’m really sorry for bailing it won’t happen again. 
Victoria: I know I’m just playing with you. They hugged and Ondreaz walked back over to me looking at my ear.
Ondreaz: You’re piercings are so cute, both of you.
Victoria: Thank you and I know I’m cuter but keep my sister happy. We all laughed.
Ondreaz: Did the nose feel as bad as the ear?
Victoria: Yes this hurt like a b*tch.
Ondreaz: Sh*t, did she cry?
Victoria: No she behaved.
Luna: Okay enough out of the both of you. I hopped off the counter and tackled Victoria. She laughed and fell back onto the fridge. 
Ondreaz: What the f*ck is that on your shoulder?
Luna: Your name.
Ondreaz: Why would you get a permanent tattoo of my name?
Luna: Because I love you.
Ondreaz: Babe that is crazy! What if we break up tomorrow?
Luna: Are you planning on breaking up with me?
Ondreaz: No but you don’t know what can happen. You’re not supposed to get a tattoo after dating someone for three months!
Victoria: Okay don’t raise your f*cking voice at my sister in my house. No. I started fake crying and she held me. It was so funny.
Ondreaz: Why are you crying all I did was ask why would you do that? He stopped talking for two minutes and then I felt his hand on my back.
Ondreaz: I’m sorry baby. Victoria and I started laughing. I hugged him and he was confused. 
Ondreaz: What’s so funny? 
Victoria: It’s a prank. Do you really think I would let her do that?! Dumba$$.
Ondreaz: Well yeah obviously, so what is that?
Luna: It’s temporary and lasts about a week. He sighed in relief. I got the camera and filmed us.
Luna: WE GOT HIM?!
Ondreaz: Yeah I’m getting you back. He walked up behind me hugging me. 
Ondreaz: You too, I thought you were on my side V.
Victoria: Sisters before misters.

Victoria: That was fun but I have a date. 
Luna: Oooh first date? 
Victoria: No, fourth date actually. He’s a journalist and doesn’t like it when people are late. I laughed.
Luna: Okay we’re going. Damn I haven’t seen you like this since umm…
Victoria: Luna, we are over that. His name isn’t a bad word. She handed me my stuff.

When we got home, we hung out with everyone and ordered food. I didn't eat because I felt nauseous and my stomach has been hurting a lot but that's just my period I'll have some tea later. That’s when we got the text. It’s a pandemic. Everyone has about two days to get where they need to go or else they’re stuck. We talked about it then everyone split off. 
Ondreaz: We’re going to be stuck in here for awhile.
Luna: Yeah ow! I felt like I got stabbed.
Ondreaz: Babe you okay?
Luna: My stomach cramps, it’s my period. I’m going to go downstairs and start the tea. I tried to get up and fell down. Ondreaz rushed over to me and helped me up.
Luna: Babe ow ow, it hurts! He sat us up on the bed and held me in his arms while I held my stomach.
Ondreaz: I know babe just try to relax.  
Luna: I don’t think this is my period OW!.
Ondreaz: What do you mean… I got up and threw up in the toilet. Ondreaz came in after me rubbing my back. When I was finished I leaned on the tub. I started taking off all of my head bands. Ondreaz kissed my forehead and rubbed my back. Then I felt something more than a cramp. It was almost like I couldn’t breathe.
Luna: OUCH! NO this isn’t my period! Call Sol. 

Ondreaz ran for my phone and I laid on the ground crying. He came back and I heard Sol.
Sol: Luna what happened?
Luna: It’s...it’s more than… than… cramps. Ouch I don’t know what this is?! 
Sol: Okay relax… sh sh relax… calm down. Where is the pain? I pointed to my right low abdomen. 
Sol: Okay call the ambulance she most likely has appendicitis! Ondreaz there is a tiny poison sac called the appendix. That’s rupturing if it bursts she will die. She needs surgery immediately. Ondreaz ran and got his phone. He was on the phone panicking. I was listening to him while sweating and crying about the pain.
Ondreaz: Listen, her brother is a doctor and he said that’s what it is. Regardless she is in a lot of pain, she’s crying and can barely breathe… She can’t wait! If I bring her to the hospital can you guys take her in immediately? We’re on our way then! He hung up the phone. 
Sol: What’s happening?!
Ondreaz: There’s some accident that they can’t get any ambulances here anytime soon and if her appendix is about to burst it’s quicker to bring her there.
Sol: Okay, ask someone to help you bring her to the car. She can’t be bent or moved around too much. Ondreaz placed the phone back beside me and ran out. Mia and Kouvr came in quickly after. 
Sol: She’s going to be in the hospital for at least three days so can one of you pack a bag? Mia shook her head, got up and started packing things. I was shaking and crying. Kouvr sat next to me holding my hand.
Kouvr: Honey you’re going to be okay. Thomas and Ondreaz came in.
Sol: Okay, I have a country to run but Ondreaz look in the closet you’ll see some masks. Put them on you and Luna. Only you guys can continue and please take care of my little sister. Luna, te amo. Deja que el fuego te guíe.
Luna: Let the fire guide you. Then Thomas and Ondreaz lifted me up and I screamed out in pain. 
Luna: OW! They took me into Thomas’ car. Kouvr and Mia looked so sad. 
Ondreaz: Okay, I’ll call you guys. 
Luna: Bye.
Mia: Get better honey okay!
Kouvr: Come back home to us soon. Thomas pulled off. 

We got to the hospital and Ondreaz ran out. Some nurses came and put me on a stretcher. They tried to stop him.
Nurse: Sir we’re sorry but you can’t come in because of the pandemic.
Luna: NO NO! Please let him come through!
Nurse: Ma’am calm down we’re going to take care of you.
Doctor: She’s hysterical, we can’t help her like this. Let him come. Any problems come to me. Ondreaz held my hand and they put us in a very secluded room. They had to put in the needle but I couldn’t move. 
Nurse: Okay we need to get an IV flowing but you need to stay still. I laid down crying and Ondreaz told me to look at him. They pushed it in and got the pain medication flowing. 
Ondreaz: See it’s going to be okay now. After thirty minutes the pain subsided. A doctor came in and did an ultrasound. I was screaming in pain and Ondreaz tried to calm me down. After that I was given more pain medicine until a female doctor with the cutest Nigerian accent came in.
Doctor: Hi Princess Luna, I’m Doctor Promise. She did a slight courtesy.
Luna: Luna please, I left my crown in my country. 
Doctor: Yes Luna, we need to talk quickly. We don’t want to alarm you but we need to perform this surgery immediately. 
Luna: I know, do what you need to do. An hour later we were in a surgery room. Ondreaz was there with me until I fell asleep.
Ondreaz: Okay when you wake up you’re going to be better. I’m going to be right here waiting for you okay. I love you carina. I felt myself starting to slip and a tear rolled down my cheek.
Ondreaz: Hey look at me. Don’t cry because then I’ll start crying, then everyone in here will start crying, then the hospital, then LA, then America soon the world will have Broken Heart Tears Syndrome. I laughed then blinking a few times and I was asleep. The last thing I heard was...
