A/N: Don't worry, I wrote this in advance so that I could have time to start on the next book, because covid sucks and I'm board, so that will hopefully be coming out later either this month or next.

Finale! From the Latin root of finalis and the English word final. It means the ending, usually to a musical performance or a dramatic climax. When you hear the word finale, it means our tale has once again come to a close. It means that once again the story will be cut up into further more fragments or sections that we call a book series. The ending of one story just sparks the beginning of another. It is not the end, just the end of a part in the lives of these characters. Only for another part to be written and for their story to go on. For their story to be told. Finale may mean the end, but this is only a new beginning.

Where does that leave our favorite Hamilton characters though? Is there time for something else to happen? Let's go over a few things first.

James Reynolds and Maria Lewis finally put a ring on it. They live in an apartment with their almost one year old daughter, Susan. Maria got a new job working at a hair salon and is doing just fine.

"James!" Maria called as she came through the door.

He came over and gave her a kiss. Even though a lot of people said they shouldn't be together after the Reynolds Pamphlet, they still managed to pull it off. Most people also believed that James was too good for a 'slut' like Maria, even though he was the one to blame. But things died down after awhile and they both live happily in their little two bedroom apartment.

"Where's Susie?" She asked.

"Playing. Peggy Schuyler came and dropped off some new toys for her." James answered.

Maria went into the second bedroom and watched the little baby play on the floor. She now had a little tiny princess dress on with a matching tiara.

"Hey little one." She smiled. She walked over to Susie and sat down. Susie sat on her lap and continued playing.

Even though Susan was at that age where all they can do is moan instead of talk, Maria never thought less of it. She would tell James it was Susie's way of communicating with them about all her adventures that day.
For once in her life, things were going pretty well for the now Maria Reynolds.

Yay! Maria is happy. Who's next?

Alister and Jane were happy together. They went on dates almost every other day, and they did see each other everyday. They didn't live too far from each other, so it made things easier.

"Care to go dancing tonight?" Alister asked. "My mother was a ballroom dancer so I know my way around the dance floor."

"Umm... how do I put this?" Jane began. "I know how to dance, but not with a partner."

"Ok, stand up!" He joked.

She did as he asked and he met her about halfway. "Now take my hand with this arm, and place this arm on my shoulder." Alister continued.

"Like this?"

"Perfect." He smiled at his girlfriend. "Now just follow my lead and watch my feet."

"Ok."

He started counting off the beat. "1,2,3,1,2,3."

Even though Jane didn't technically know how to do this, she picked it up very quickly.

"Pft, 'I can't dance with a partner.' yeah right!" Alister laughed.

"Then yes. I do want to go dancing tonight."
