With Peter:

Peter opened his eyes to surprisingly soft light. It was a dim white and he didn't feel like he was blind. He heard the soft beep of a machine and realized that his was somewhere he most likely didn't want to be. His heartbeat picked up slightly, his nose inhaling the disgusting and overpowering smells of antiseptic, bleach, and other chemicals. He glanced around, looking through the room. He quickly noticed a glass opening in the wall, revealing a fully lite hallway. He glanced to his right and his heart slowed a bit. Dad. Tony was sitting in a chair, asleep, right next to the bed he just now realized he was in. He sighed a breath of relief, and relaxed.

"Dad?"

The boy's voice was hoarse and dry, sounding like he hadn't spoken in weeks. The adult sitting in the chair opened his eyes. He looked at Peter before shooting up and directly next to him. He sat at the edge of his bed and carefully moved hair from the boy's face.

"Thank- Holy fucking shit- Thank god- You're awake!"

Tony was beaming at the boy, glad he had woken up after so long.

"What happened? Where are we? Are you-"

"Easy, Bambi. We're in the medical wing of the tower. You came home after school and collapsed."

Peter looked down.

"Oh... How long was I out?"

"About a week..."

His eyes went wide.

"What!?"

"Easy, Pete. You just woke up."

The door opened and in walked Nick Fury, all of the superheroes right behind him.

"Hello, Peter."

His eyes went wide.

"H-Hi?"

"I've got a few questions for you, Mr. Mini-Stark."

Peter glanced around at the group. They all looked tense and worried and uncomfortable.

"First off. You've got a lot of damage to ya. Mind telling me what happened?"

Peter blinked.

"What do you mean?"

"Take a look at yourself, kid."

Peter tilted his head, clearly confused. He looked down and his eyes went wide. The scars on his arms were showing and any and all illusions he had created were gone. He looked back up at the man, fear in his eyes.

"What'd you use to hide it all?"

His heart-rate picked up as Fury looked right at him.

"Actually, I don't need to know right now. What I really want to know is why the hell you're branded."

Peter was starting to shake, his anxiety and heart rate spiking.

"B-Branded?"

"Don't play dumb, kid. You're from HYDRA, aren't you?"

Tears pricked his eyes.

"No."

Fury crossed his arms.

"Why do you mean no? You are a project from HYDRA and they told you to get close."

"No, I'm not!"

Peter held his head, sobbing.

"I'm not with HYDRA! I never wanted to be!"

The hero's eyes went wide. Clint un-crossed his arms.

"What do you mean 'never wanted to be'?"

The boy shook his head and for the first time, Wanda could see into his mind perfectly. Her eyes glowed a soft red as she slowly walked forward. She sat next to Peter and gently placed her hands on top of his. He looked up, his eyes wide with fear and somehow now a grey brown instead of a hazel brown. Wanda closed her eyes and red wisps of her magic cam from her fingers. She rested her forehead against his, trying to calm him down. Tears rolled down her cheeks and an ear-bleeding scream escaped her lips.
