With Peter:

Peter slowly woke up to soft humming, and a hand running his hair. He squinted his eyes and saw the red-headed assassin known as Natasha Romanoff smiling at him.

    "Мисс Романофф?" (Ms. Romanoff?)

His voice was soft and tired. He slowly sat up, the woman propping him back up with pillows.

"Доброе утро, паучок." (Good morning, spider.)

Peter blinked a few times.

    "Где я?" (Where am I?)

"По-прежнему в медицинском крыле." (Still in the medical wing.)

    "Ой..." (Oh...)

"Питер ... Тебе следует кое-что знать ... Тони провел тест ДНК." (Peter ... You should know something ... Tony ran a DNA test.)

    "He did? Why?"

"He figured that it would be good to know. Just in case you wanted to know."

Peter's brain was somehow having trouble processing the information.

    "Oh... That... makes sense..."

"Do you remember anything from HYDRA?"

Peter nodded his head.

"I remember a lot of it... They never really let me forget..."

Nat frowned at his words, hoping he had forgotten most of it.

"Was there anything or anyone you specifically remember?"

"I think? There was a girl... She was really pretty... And nice. She tried a few times to get me out... I-I think I was her son... It's all a blur but I-I really think she was my mom..."

Nat removed her hand.

"Did she even try to give anything to you? Something to remember her?"

"Y-Yeah... She did... They were I.D. tags... Well, I don't know the actual name of them, but they were like dog tags, I think?"

Nat smiled slightly and pulled a set of tags out of her pocket.

    "Do these look familiar?"

Peter's eyes went wide. The tags were a bit rusted and looked old, at 13 years old. The chain was fully rusted, only a small part of it looked normal, even then, the color was tarnished. One of the tags had the HYDRA symbol on one side, the other side having the Red Room symbol.

    "I-Is that..."

Nat holds them towards him.

"Your father was unable to be found, but your mother was... We figured you'd want to find out through these. You should take them. They are yours after all."

Peter shakily grabbed the chain and fumbled with the tags. His eyes went wide and his breath hitched at the engraving.

    "Mom?"
