"Bruce! Let me go!" Dick said as he tried to get out of his grip.
"Look, I'm sorry okay? But I love him."

"No. I will not let you..."

"What?" Dick said as he managed to get Bruce off of him. "You won't let me fall in love with a gangster? Or is it because he's a guy?" Dick looked pretty offended.

"No!" Bruce said, "I'm not the type of person to judge you on who to love but not Jason. He's a criminal. He's a bad influence. I only allow him to operate in this family in the hopes of redeeming himself. But he's put too many people in danger. You will not be another one of his victims!"

Dick countered, "I get that you're trying to protect me, but he's change. I know that he won't put me in danger. He'll protect me. Bruce, I love him."

Bruce wanted to change his mind but he knew that Dick would continue to resist. He saw Babs, Tim and Damian come from behind Dick but he didn't notice they were there.

"I'm in love with Jason and nothing you do will ever stop this feeling that I have for him. If you won't allow us," Dick said, "we'll leave and never come back."
