It's been a month since I sent Jo that message on instagram and honestly it was the best thing I've ever done we haven't gone a day without talking, after a week of messaging I grew a pair of balls and asked for her number which led to phone calls and facetiming. She's managed to have me smiling like an absolute sap for the past four weeks and she hasn't really done anything other than giving me the pleasure of getting to know her. I fucking love that she sees past the whole celebrity status and treats me like a normal person and not like I'm made of gold or some shit like most people. It's so hard to find people I can trust to be in my life but the minute I seen her on that live I knew she was different so I was a grade A stalker searching her up and messaging which I have no regrets about it's definitely the best decision I ever made. It's her birthday today and her friends surprised her with earlier flights to LA and since I'll be arriving in there myself in a few days I've been trying so fucking hard to get her to finally meet up in person but so far she's not having it but I know I'll get my way I have too.

Since we started talking it's been strictly platonic but I want more she's honestly got under my skin in the best possible way and I would love to see if this could be more between us. I managed to trick her and get the address of the place she's staying out of her so I could have her gift delivered which she has no idea about hopefully it will earn me some points and sway her decision to meet me.

I've only been awake for an hour and it's already the best birthday Mel and Mia must have stayed up half the night because I was woken up to them both jumping over me on the bed spraying me with champagne and the room covered in balloons I honestly don't think I've seen so many balloons they really went all out I really am blessed to have them. After a much needed hot shower I'm putting my damp hair in a messy bun when I hear the girls shouting me, I walk out to see them both stood at the table with a huge 'Happy Birthday' balloon, a beautiful bunch of flowers and a present.

"Guys we agreed no fuss..." I groan walking over.

"They aren't from us someone just delivered them when you were in the shower." Mel says with a raised brow.

"Uhm Jo who is 'Mr Hot Shot?" Mia asks with her arms folded making me pale, he did not!

A little something is this boy serious it's more than a little something it's a bloody Canon camera the best out he shouldn't be doing this we've only been speaking for a month I can't accept this. Why does he have to be so thoughtful I've never met a man as lovely and genuine as him he really did prove my judgmental self-wrong and I'm so glad he did it's only been a few weeks but I've honestly never smiled so much as I do when I'm speaking with this dork but I need to remember we are friends nothing more.

"So who is this mystery man JoJo I thought we had no secrets?" Mel says bringing me out of my thoughts.

"It's just someone from school." I lie through my teeth, there is no way I can tell them yet they will just freak out like they did after seeing him on that live stream.

"So you have a boyfriend and didn't even tell us what the hell Jo?" Mia says folding her arms over her chest.

"No no nothing like that we are just friends you know I would tell you guys if I met someone." I really wish I could talk to them about Hero and get their advice, tell them how the more I talk to him the more I think there could be more than just friendship but I can't as much as I love my friends I know they will only focus on the fact he's been in a few movies and not the fact he's a real person and there is more to him than 'fame'.
