Chapter Thirteen

"Hello Avy, I've heard that the Crown Prince recently fond of you."

"It's not like that your Highness. I was grateful to be useful for his Highness and for the Empire." sagot ko nalang.

"Is that so?"

"Yes your Highness." matapos kong sagot ay tsaka na siya naglakad at nagpaalam kay Lady Miary.

"You are too small of a height for a knight that you look like a petit woman," she whispered when she passed at me. Just what was that for? Hindi ko alam kong maiinis ba ako o hindi pero kailangan kong huminahon.

Yeah, I know my height is a little bit ...  but she doesn't have to be so straightforward and I am still growing, you evil witch. I want to tell her that but I refrain to provoke her. It's better not to be in her interest, I know she obsessed with his highness but I am a man in terms of appearance, so she don't have to worry about me. Pati ba naman ako babantayan niya, ayoko ngang makita ang prinsipeng iyon😑.

"I don't like her." I looked at her when she said those words while seriously looking at the back of the so-called-crown-princess Ryah.

"So, I do." I seconded and she looked at me smiling.

"That's the first one, you agreed with me" she said while her face is like an innocent puppy with her eyes is like a star.

"I just agreed to you dahil parang may itinatago siya kaya ako sumang-ayon." sabi ko nalang kasi hindi ko pwedeng sabihin na imposter talaga siya. I will just ruin the flow of the story baka iyon pa ang dahilan na hindi ako makabalik.

"Well, no matter what the reason is, this is the first time you agreed to me so I am happy" sabi niya habang naglalakad na kaming palabas ng palasyo. The carriage was already there waiting for us and I assisted Lady Miary to her carriage while I ride to the horse.

Habang pabalik na kami sa Collins state napaisip ako sa susunod na mangyayari sa kwento at dahil hindi ko masyadong maalala ang nasa kwento ay babasahin ko nalang ulit ang mga sinulat ko sa maliit na notebook na pinag-sulatan ko dati.

I've been recently thinking that the story is a little bit off to the story but the events and the main plots or the special scenes are still there but something is off. Like this now, why the villainess shown up earlier. She should be known by next year and also the crown prince's coming back to the palace it should be after the festival or next year. Did this happen because of me??? I don't think it is since I am just a minor character in the novel.

"-vy! Avy!" Napalingon ako nang kinalabit ako ng kasama kong knight at tinanong kung bakit pero tinuro niya nalang ang karwahe ni Lady Miary.

"You called, Lady Miary?"

"Yes, I've been calling. It seems your spacing out? Is there anything problem?"

"Ah, nothing."

"Really ? But you do look like you are really thinking hard."

"I am just thinking about something"

"Oh, is it the lady again? And I remember, tomorrow is you day-off."

"What?! It's not."

"Really? .. I don't think so."

"Ugh. Lady Miary how many times do you want me to tell you that it was a coincidence that I bumped with her in those days off's"  Ito na naman tayo 🤦 Ilang beses ko nang sinabi na hindi planado ang pagkikita namin at hindi ko nga alam ang pangalan nong babaeng iyon.

"Fine, fine."

"Then, why did you call me??"

"Oh, Right before I forgot. Prepare for tomorrow since I'll be attending to that bitc- the Crown Princess and I'll be taking you with me."
