[Mbali ]

Mbali walked into the precinct with her heart beating on her throat she strictly gave orders that no one must examine
the corpse but now Ian just called her about a revelation he came across when doing an autopsy report 

Mbali: what the fuck are you doing in my lab?"
Ian: Detective Mngadi gave me the order to conduct an examination"
Mbali: so you now report to Sfiso or me? "
Ian: Ummm...
Mbali: "Who authorized you to do an Autopsy? " 
Ian: i ... " 
Mbali: "I gave strict instructions that this was classified case only me and Mngadi was supposed to handle it"
Ian: " I'm sorry Mam, but ... " 

Mbali cliqued her tongue and snash the file from his shaking hand"
Mbali: what did you find out?"

" it's just don't make sense this woman must be in her mid 30's but why do her organs look like 100 years old or worse even older ?"
Mbali frowned this was a new revelation to her, the divine or supernatural disclosure to humans this was something new not even close relating to human existence.
Mbali: all of them?"
He shook his head " no mam I only examine one body ... what's even more puzzling is the DNA showing unknowns " 
Mbali: did you try matching it with any animal sample?
Ian: yes Mam I did but nothing picked up  it's like these victims were not human"

Ian bite his pan and looked at Mbali, he always admired her though he's afraid of her because she high ranking than him,  this young girl is the boss of her boss, she so young but already she has climbed the leather of being in charge of the South African Forensic department, it was an honor to have her working with him in this case  but yet again terrifying as shit 

Mbali: do you value your Job, Ian ? " 
Ian: yes Mam " 
Mbali: " do you have kids ? wife or girlfriend " 
Ian: "no mam I only live with my mom and her two chihuahuas" 
something about that statement got Mbali chuckling inside, her lips formed a side smile, this guy was just a comic, who still wear Huawei shirts these days? 

Mbali: " look I don't know you but I trust Mngadi if he entrusted you to do this than it means that he trusts you, this is a national security bridge we do not know what we dealing with and I want you to think outside the box since you handling this case, can you do that for me? " 
Ian: " it will be an honor to be part of your team Mam " 

Mbali: " keep your mouth shut, only report to me or Mngadi only do you hear me !! " 

Ian: " yes Mam " 

Mbali walked away from him, leaving the  poor guy sweating  " damn she is hot " he mumbled wiping the sweat on his forehead, Mbali walked back with her lab coat on,  
Mbali: "lock the door and lets work " 

Ian smiled and punched the air " yes  Mam"  Mbali shook his head laughing 
Mbali " Drop the Mam dude I'm even younger than you  " 
they burst out and laughed while Mbali turned on the Black coffee's mix, the answers to understand who Cebo is, lays in these dead cores.

Mvelo looked at him as if he read his mind, Nkonzo could not help but popped his eyes open

Mvelo : " damn it, you know I felt something I could not see it or hear it but I felt it, Nkonzo this whole thing is bigger than us and somehow connected but right now I feel like I'm walking in a maze and I need your help" 
Nkonzo sigh and looks at him, " so what do you need from me? "
