Brittany: Ladies and germs, welcome back! This episode is gonna be insane guys, because with me is none other than Rock n Roll's fave Soulmates, my two best friends, Mallory and Nikki Sixx!
Mallory: Hehe, hey!
Nikki: How's it going?
Brittany: For those who don't know, Nikki is the bass player AND co-founder of Mötley Crüe and of Sixx A.M., bassist, photographer, artist, sponser and activist, bestselling author-
Tommy: AND also my best friend!!!!!!
Nikki: *laughs* How is everyone!?
Brittany: *laughs* and the Crüe Qüeen herself, Mallie Sixx, Nikki's wife and also bestselling artist, author, activist, AND one of the head doctors at Cedar Sinai Hospital, one of my bests friends, oh my god guys, she's just so amazing, I love her!!
Mallory: Haha, aww Britt, stop it!
Nikki: So, how should we start this podcast?
Brittany: Well, I actually have always wanted to know how you two first got together at all. How did you two lovebirds meet? I know half of the story.
Nikki: Ohooo, haha.
Mallory: *giggles* Okay, well, first off, and this is interesting, Nikki and I actually had TWO first meetings, but we never realized it at first.
Brittany: Wait, what? Okay, okay, explain this, please...
Mallory: Okay, so, the first meeting starts with me leaving to California, which I'm sure almost everyone knows. For those who don't, long story short, I escaped a really abusive life in Arizona, where I was born and raised. As I am escaping, my car broke down at the state line, so I had to hitchhike myself onto a truck that passed through the Sunset Strip where I was dropped off.
Brittany: My god you hitchhiked? It was the 70's and you were like what, 18?
Mallory: 17, actually. I was a few months shy of 18.
Brittany: You could have literally ran into like Ted Bundy or something, oh my god!
Nikki: Holy shit, she's right....
Mallory: That was actually one of my fears, honestly, because I think around a few months before they had already arrested Bundy, and Gacy... The Zodiac was still on the loose, Helter Skelter was even still lurking around here and there, serial killers and others psychos were all over the fucking place at the time, but I didn't really consider that. My only goal was to get the hell out of Arizona, by any means necessary, as stupid as it sounds.
Tommy: Knowing your story, though, we get it.
Mallory: Thankfully though, the trucker that picked me up was a good guy, regular delivery trucker, and he dropped me off not far from a convenient store right on the Strip....
