"I'm so sorry" I rubbed pops back as i hugged him letting my tears fall. "So sorry, Baby"
he hasn't said anything to me yet.. you could just tell by his tear stained cheeks that Kayla was gone.
"I'm here for whatever you need, okay? i promise" i pulled away wiping his cheeks as his tears continued to fall. "aw baby" my voice shook while my tears fell down my cheeks too.
we've just been sitting here.
crying to each other. silently.
"My daughter, man" he shook his head. "My fuckin' daughter"
"She's painless now, Baby" i sighed leaning by forehead against his. "It's not your fault"
"i should've been with her" his voice cracked. "i shoulda' listened to you"
"stop blaming yourself. their trying, baby. have hope" i lifted his chin. "She's in a better place"
"where is he!" we both looked up seeing Bianca pushing through people and coming to us once she saw us.
"Bianca-"
before he could finish, she slapped him across the face making me stand up.
"This is all your fault! Because of you our daughters dead! i should've never left her with you!" she cried.
"Say that shit again. i want you to" i got in her face. "Ain't shit his fault! After YOU let YOUR boyfriend rape kayla she's always had health problems! after you would beat her! if anything, it's your fucking fault. you never gave a shit about her anyway so who the fuck are you to point fingers?! Get the fuck outta his face before i check you, bitch" i snapped feeling my cheeks get hot.
i'm OVER her acting like everything's his fault.
it's already bad enough that HE'S blaming himself.
"So what? y'all have a baby and suddenly your my daughters mother?" she furrowed her eyebrows.
