What a weekend to be back at work, MONZA! My favourite race track not in the UK! I adore this track it always brings the drama, and I can't wait to see how Lando and Charles do this weekend! I've missed the buzz off the paddock and the speed of the garage.

Yesterday we did well in FP1 and FP2 leading to the team being in high spirits this morning for Quali. I'm chatting with Jarv when Lando enters the garage "Hey Lands!" He comes over and slings his arm over my shoulder "just been chatting with George and Alex in the pitlane, they miss you so pizza night soon" I grin up at him "don't have to ask me twice!" He laughs "we don't need to be anywhere till 3 which is an hour away and a little bird called Mia tells me a certain person misses you" it's my turn to laugh "did she ask you to send me because he is being a moody boy?" Lando's eyes widen "how did you know?!" I scoff "I know my boyfriend quite well by this point" he nods "then I suggest you go!" I grab my phone and head down the pitlane to Ferrari. As I get to the garage door I see Charles sat in his race suit chilling near his car on his phone I snap a picture as I walk over and see a message from him pop up
I miss you mon amour, please visit me if you have any free time?! Xx
I giggle and that attracts his attention "MON ANGE!" He shouts and runs at me grabbing me in a hug! I laugh and he squeezes me "Hey baby, Lando sent me after Mia spoke to him" he laughs "I have been in a mood" I look up at him and I can see the stress in his features "what about baby?" His expression softens "just many reasons to do well this weekend" I slowly shake my head "don't put too much pressure on yourself, I will always be proud of you" he smiles "I love you mon amour" I grab his hands and give them a squeeze then stand on my tippy toes and give him a kiss. I know I need to head back to McLaren soon so I say goodbye to Charles and head back.

Once I arrive at the garage there is chaos "I've only been gone 20 minutes what's happened?" I ask Lando "Jarv isn't feeling well so I don't have an engineer this weekend, the other guys arent comfortable relaying information over the radio" I think for a split second "I can do it Lands, I'm happy to relay the information to you and deal with your complaints!" He smiles "I think that could work, let me go talk to Andreas" he rushes through the garage and returns 2 minutes later with him "he thinks it will work! Let's get this Mols!" I look over at Andreas "thank you for offering to step in, you will be given the correct information and you just need to work with Lando to use it!" I nod my head "let's get to work then!" I get myself positioned in Jarv's seat and pop on my headphones. Lando is getting into the car and I have engineers explaining things to me, I think I know enough! I hear the car start up and speak to Lando "just to let you know you will have traffic when you head out, we are going to do a slow lap first then go for a push lap okay?" I wait for Lando "copy, thanks Mols" he heads out on track and does as I had instructed with a slow lap now time for the push lap "scenario 7 please" and he starts his push lap securing a stint in Q2 "cool Lands if you can box now box box" he replies "sure thing" and within minutes he is stood next to me in the garage "there is something about hearing your voice I find quite reassuring" I smile "it's quite fun!" We prepare for the second stint "same as before Lands one slow lap then onto the push lap" he takes a second "yup copy" he drives out of the garage and does his slow lap as he approaches the line I speak "again scenario 7 let's get this" he copies and completes his push lap the team believe it's enough to secure Q1, the car has had decent pace this weekend. "Okay Lando box box" again he copies and is back in the garage in minutes "once again good lap, any feedback?" An engineer asks "could you adjust my seat quick?" They head over to the car. I'm watching as Charles has taken P1 in every session so far, perhaps he can get pole at the teams home GP! After a few minutes it's time for Q3 Lando is in the car "we are sending you out first this time Lands, we want one slow lap then one push like before but then stay out, we might need another" he responds "copy Mols, radio silence please" I acknowledge this and remain quiet till I need to give him information "strat mode 6, engine mode 8 please Lando" I say as he starts his first push lap but he is disrupted with traffic "we will need another now please" he copies again. I see the time and the team are happy "box box Lando" he brings the car back and should start tomorrow p7! Which is fantastic! He jumps out of the car and heads over, "well done Lands, super lap!" I see that Charles has pole and quickly send him a message
