Chapter Thirty-Six

36 - Back

It was his cousin, the Reizo Saavedra.

Mataman siyang nakatitig sa kung saan pero hindi ko na rin mapansin dahil natatakpan iyong tinitignan niya ng mga tao dito sa bar.

I stood up even though I'm still nervous because I only saw one Saavedra. Based on Tafia, there are Saavedras here. Hindi ko naman kilala kung sino ang mga narito dahil hindi narinig ang sinasabi nila ni Alinea.

I decided to go to the bar and asked for drinks. My eyes went immediately to Reizo when he furiously stood up. Sunod ko na lang nakita ay ang pag-atras ni Link dahil sa suntok ni Reizo.

I was about to go there when the people flocked in front of the scene. Nagpagilid na lang ako at luminga para mahanap ang mga kaibigan namin.

"What are you doing, Reizo?!" Sigaw ng babae malapit sa amin. I'm facing her back that's why I can't see her face.

Nakita ko na rin ang pamilyar na likod ni Link katabi ng babae matapos matanggap ang suntok ni Reizo sa kanya. They are facing the raging mad Reizo Saavedra and giving deathly glares on Link who seems unaffected by it.

"Let's get you home." Malamig na tinig ni Reizo. She shook her head and looked at Link. Dahil sa may madilim na parte sila ay halos hindi na sila makita doon.

The guy beside Reizo approached in Link. He looks like a playboy. At parang nakikita ko si Ridge sa kanya.

"Shit! Rion is so fucking hot!" Tili ni Tafia na nasa likod ko na pala. She's with Alinea also.

So, he's Rion Saavedra. The second child of Zane Saavedra. Isa sa mga kuya ni Ridge.

I looked around trying to find Ridge but I don't see him. Siguro hindi sumama o nasa Pilipinas.

"Reizo is hotter! Look at him! That messy hair, then his almost visible chest because of the buttons undone on his long sleeves and... his clenching jaw and fisted hands. Greek God! Even when he's angry, he's still so gorgeous and devilishly hot!" Alinea argued.

"Too bad... no hope." Sabay nilang sabi nang nakasimangot.

Kung hindi lang ako kinakabahan dito ay matatawa na lang ako sa kanila. Ngayon ko lang din marinig na gusto pala nila ang magkapatid na ito. Hindi naman nila nabubuksan ang topic na ito kahit magkakasama kami.

"What happened?" It was Ryker who's holding Solandis' hand. She looked at me, and questions running into her eyes.

"I don't know what happened. When we got here, there's a commotion."

"Sino ba iyon?" Tanong niya. Hindi niya makita dahil pinunta siya ni Ryker sa likod nito para hindi niya makita.

"Let's take a seat first." She shook her head and held my hand. I heaved a sigh and glanced at Ryker. He nodded at me.

"It was Link..." She looked surprised and about to move past me when "He seems okay naman. They're just talking to him." I added it even though I am not completely sure because I just saw Link punched by Reizo a while ago.

"Who are they?" Salubong ang kilay niya. Parang hindi naman na nag-aalala ang itsura niya.

"The... Saavedras. Reizo and Rion." Sambit ko. Her chinky eyes widened, and concern was visible in her eyes that I thought vanished before.

"Oh my gosh!" She screamed and went away in front of me. She walked towards Link's direction, never minding Ryker whose calling her.

Nakita ko kung paano siya kinausap ng babae na ngayon ay katabi na ngayon si Mischa. Solandis nodded and hugged her. After, she faced Rion and told him something.
