FOUR YEARS LATER.

"Mommy! Mommy!" The little girl runs into the arms of her mom who just turned around confused. "Cali, what's going on?" "Grant hit me," she whispers with tears in her eyes. "Not again," Charles mumbles as he gets up. "Don't worry about it, Charles. I will just bring her with me when we are getting Lenora." The girl suddenly stops crying and starts smiling. "Isn't that dangerous?" "You know the drill, Charles. If we aren't back within 45 minutes you know what to do-" The young dad pecks a kiss on Lucy's lips as he nods after. "Yes I know, be careful, baby." "I will," She kisses the boy one last time and after she and the girl walkout.

They apparate to the end of the street and just like every other time the girl starts giggling because of the strange feeling. The two make their way to the house of Lucy's best friend. While Josephine opens the door they both have no clue that there are three death eaters waiting to make their move.

Inside the mother and the toddler get greeted by Josephine's daughter with a hug. "Nora has been excited all day that she can be with Cali and auntie Luce again. Would you like some tea?" Jo states while making an attempt to walk to the kitchen. Lucy and Josephine get interrupted by Hudson who comes in through the backdoor. "Honey, what are you doing home so early?" "Remus said something about a leak in the spell that protects our house," The man states. "Wait, a leak? Do you think there will be a leak in my house as well?" It's Lucy who speaks up. "No, your house is safe, that's why we all have to go there right now." "But wait, a leak doesn't mean that their all watching us right now?" Josephine asks her husband confused. "I just saw three suspicious figures just a few houses away. That means that they know that you are both inside, and we've learned these past weeks that you two are the targets." "And our children." "That's why you have to go now, all of you." He states. "Then what are you going to do? Stay here? I'm not leaving you alone." Josephine says. "So wait, you're expecting me to leave you two?" "Luce you're her godmother, now that James and Sirius aren't here you, Nathaniel and mom are all that she has left." Josephine states. "You're talking like you two are already dead." "I'm willing to sacrifice my life if you're daughter, my daughter and my best friend get to live. Now go!" Lucy hesitates but does grab the hands of the girls while leading them towards the back door.

When they're outside Lucy turns to the girls. "How about we play a game? The first one to arrive at the flower field wins." The girls start giggling while running towards it. Lucy takes one last look behind her, and she witnesses how the house gets caught on fire. "I love you forever, Jo." And after those words, she runs.

"Hudson!" Josephine screams for her husband. "I'm okay, Jo!" The couple soonly reunites and take each other in an embrace. She has started to cry scared to die. "I love you, Hudson." "I love you too, Jo." Another explosion hits their home and more of the house crumbles down to the ground. But it wasn't the falling ceiling that kills the couple, no it was the thick smoke entering their lungs. For a few minutes, it's dark. The death eaters knowing their job is done, leave once again.

A small blue brightness appears, perfectly like the moonlight, giving light to the sombre moment in time. It takes a few seconds for all of the magic to leave Josephine's body before strolling a trail to find a new host. But when the magic finds not one but two hosts it splits connecting the two small girls.
