MY DAD DROPS ME ON THE GROUND, LOOKING AT ME FURIOUSLY. "Get yourself together, I want you down in 5." "Dad...- I can't-" I start to cry what makes him roll his eyes. "Don't make me punish you again. Be there in 5." He says and after he walks out of my room. I get up and walk to my closet and look at the dress hanging there.

"My dear Luce, there will be a time when I won't be there anymore. You are an extraordinary girl so you can't go like everybody else. You have to let them know-" "Them?" I whisper scared, I don't like this subject. "They will know it. I love you, Lucy." "I love you too, mom." I hug her and glance at the dress behind her.

My dad is going to be so mad, but I am willing to get the punishment if I can fulfil the last wish of my mom. I grab the dress and put it on. After I am completely finished I walk downstairs. No one is there. "Molly!" The elf appears. "Yes, ma'am?" "Where is my dad?" "He already left, there is a car waiting for you." I have to force myself not to cry while nodding. The elf wants to walk away but I stop her. "I am sorry, Molly. I lied to you... I told you everything would be alright, but it didn't. I am sorry." She walks towards me and I see the uncertainty in her eyes. Then suddenly she hugs me. "It's fine, miss Lucy. You couldn't know."

I am in the car right now and I think we are almost there because the car slows down. I get out when we are there and look at the place. We are on the beach and it looks like they are about to start. I start running. I hate my dad, he wanted me to miss it. My feet bring me closer to the music; my moms favourite song. As I arrive everyone turns around. The white dress is whiffling behind me because of the wind. People start to mumble while I walk to the front, to my chair. My dad grabs my arm. "You are going to get changed and wear something respectful." He hisses and I know he wants to hurt me. "No, mom told me to wear this to her funeral. It's her last wish and I am going to fulfil it." I say as I pull myself aggressively out of his grip and sit down. "We are here to honour Lucille Everleigh-Collins. A mother. A sister. A wife and a beautiful woman." The pastor starts and my eyes start to pool directly. "We will have one speaker today." I look up, I was supposed to say something. "I am so sorry to interrupt you, sir. But I am supposed to speak as well." My dad clenches his fists. "Oh, of course, your dad said you back out, but we will add you again, dear." The man says friendly. I smile a bit and sit down again. "We will start with Lucy, the daughter of Lucille." I stand and walk to the front. "Heaven gained my mom today, a beautiful angel...-" My eyes pool and tears roll down my cheek. "Hey mom, I know you were always worried about me, but I will be okay. At Hogwarts everything is okay, I- I have amazing friends who will help me get through this. I-" I push my hand against my mouth trying to stop a sob. Footsteps and suddenly there are two arms around me. I recognise Jo's perfume and slowly I calm down a bit. "I love you, mom. I will survive school... and home-" I whisper. "-For you. But please, do you want to look out for me. I can't do it alone...-" I can only cry and Jo keeps holding me. I look at her for a moment and she wipes away my tears. "I love you, Luce." "I love you too, Jo." She helps me to my chair and after she walks back to her family. My dad looks at me in discuss and rolls his eyes. But for this time I don't care.
