Ben's Pov

I went over to Erica's house I soon as I heard that we were not going to be in the same school. I could not believe it. I arrived breathless and knocked on her door loudly. She answered right away.

"Hi!"

"Hi, Erica."

"Wanna come inside?"

I went inside and into her room. She sat on her bed and I sat beside her.

"I wanted to talk about the school thing." 

"Ya, it sucks but it won't be for too long."

"Just until the school gets fixed which will be in like 20 years."

"I doubt that."

"Why do your parents want to go there so much?"

"Well, it's mostly my dad. He really hates the school, and according to some friend of his, it's awful."

"That's not true! A good friend of mine goes there and loves it. Plus my parents did a lot of research beforehand and it seems pretty good."

"I know. But once my dad gets his head wrapped around something he won't change his mind."

"Come on there has to be at least one way."

"Well, there's one I guess, but it's only if he sees like a website on the internet that is by a guy he knows and trusts and also if it has good evidence and other things. So, if u can find something like that, that'll be great.

"Well I can't do that."

"Anything else?"

"Not that I know of."

I sighed. Just then her mom came in.

"Oh why hello. You must be The Benjamin I have heard all about."

I smiled at Erica.

"You talk about me at home?"

She blushed. Her mom laughed.

"My name is Catherine."

I shook her hand.

"You seem to have already know my name."

"Yes. Yes, would you like some tea? I have made some fresh downstairs."

"No, I'm good, thanks," I said

"Me too, thanks though," Erica added

After her mom had left I continued to talk to Erica, hoping to find another way to convince her dad otherwise. 

Mike's Pov

Nerdy Dipstick 🤪 (Ben)

Mike: My house at 5

Mike: Zoe's coming

Ben: kay

Ben and Zoe just arrived. We went into my room and sat in a circle on my blue carpet.

"I found out why she can't come," Ben started

He filled us in

"Yeah, I talked to Erica as well. She seemed really disappointed." Zoe added

"I also find out the same thing, Ben." She added

She turned her phone to show us a very professional looking website. But it was not finished.

"I have been working on this since I heard that it might convince her dad."

"Wow," I said, "Looks good."

"It does," Ben added

"Thanks."

"I have been researching and I think that we can say it is by Robert Ikstion. He is famous for a few things, and Erica's dad knows and respects him. The only problem is that if Ikstion finds out about it, and sees someone is using his name, or if someone else tells him about it, it could just make matters worse." Ben informed us

"I think there is finally something I can help you guys with," I told everyone

"A little while back I learned coding at a club with my friends. Ben was supposed to come but I forget what happened, but he did not."

"I got very sick, Mike. Remember?" Ben interrupted

"Oh yeah. Well, I was pretty good at it and I ended up liking it a lot, and they taught me a lot of stuff. I can make the website look like it's public, but really only Erica's dad can see it. Also, I can put fake comments saying that it's true and stuff, and I can make it look as though the website has a lot of views."

Zoe and Ben looked at me shocked.

Ben broke the silence,

"And you said I was a nerd."

We laughed.

"Ok, so that's perfect. The only loophole is what if Erica's dad askes him about it?" Zoe said

"Well, we could always ask Erica to delete his contact on his phone. I doubt he has the number memorized." Ben said 

"Ok, true... let's do that," I said

We worked on the website until we had to leave. Then we went to our houses and worked on it some more. I got to say, it was looking pretty good.
