Todays exam wasn't the simplest but I am glad it was a lot easier that the other exams I have had in the past two and half month. I, Zoe, Joel, Nafeesat, Molly and Antonio were all at our usual table. We were all having different things for lunch but for some weird reason I and Joel were having the same thing for lunch which was jollof rice and plantain. while Zoe and Antonio were having the same thing for lunch which as spaghetti and meat balls.

" so guys who's excited for our prom night!!! I know I am"

Joel half yelled but Nafeesat was quick to counter him as she said to Joel sneeringly.

"Urrr I don't know, I feel it's too early to talk about this, we should be talking about our Geography exam That is fast approaching."

"Oh relax Nafeesat Yolo baby girl so make the most of it. Beside you are a guru at geography, why are you complaining."

Said Zoe and that made Nafeesat looked away in defeat. She knew Zoe was right so she smiled at us blushing a-little before saying.

" well in that case, let's pick a theme colour we can all agree on. How about we go with white."

" eee why not pink, you know how hard it is maintain white."

" zozo how would you feel if I told everyone to wear my favorite Colour, purple, including you."

"Eww , gross, Chloe, you know I don't do purple either."

She said and I just rolled my eyes at her response. They keep Bickering back and forth on which color should be their theme color I just ignored them as I continued Eating my food all the while feeling uncomfortable like someone was watching me eat. I felt the stare from my 6'clock angel and immediately I turned swiftly to look at the person, it was none other that Samuel Dawson.

When our eyes meet he gave me half smile and looked away from him. Is this boy high or something, I still can't believe it's almost a month and he is acting like the kiss never happened between us. Is he for real right now and here he is having the audacity to stare at me, making me feel uncomfortable. I had already concluded that i wasn't going to be the first to talk to him about it if he doesn't make the first move. Zoe snapping hey her fingers in front of me brought my attention back to the table as she said.

"Earth to Chloe are you even listening to us. Girl we have a situation and your the least bit worried about that."

"Yeah, ehemm yeah. wait what situation?"

Zoe looked at my friends Molly and Antonio and then back at me. She looked at them again and then back at me, all this while her lips was in a think line. She looked at Molly and Antonio who were avoiding eye contact with me and Zoe. Releasing a puff of air Zoe finally said.

"Should I tell her Or would you guys do the honors. Hmmm no? Okay Chloe hmmmm how do I say this nicely, you don't have a date for prom and if you don't have one now.... I don't know fam I don't wanna say it."
