They all entered the beauty salon and sat in the waiting room.

Not too long Adam saw Stacy coming out of a styling room with Lucy right behind her. They stopped talking once they saw Adam and the boys.

"Looks like you won't have to wait then," Stacy grinned at Lucy who flashed her a grin in return.

"Oh. My. Word." Caleb stood up.

"Ain't that Lucy?" Reec asked, squinting his eyes a bit.

"Judging by the harsh glare being sent your way, I'll have to give an affirmative response to your observation. A stranger wouldn't glare at you for no reason you know." Matt's gaze swept Reece's appearance.

"Especially since your hair brings out your real features, and that's a cute boy...according to any other girl. You just need a bunch of fancy clothes to complete the set then you'll have the whole female population at your feet," Matt said and grinned while Adam raised an eyebrow at him.

"But since she's glaring at you, it means she has no interest in you. And that could also mean two things. Either she's your relative or just not appealed by you."

Matt tucked his hands in his pockets.

"But we're opting for the first option."

Everyone was startled for a while about that sudden analysis.

"Um...," Adam cleared his throat.

Caleb bursted out laughing while Reece flickered Matt's forehead.
"Quiet nerd," he said, a bit amused.

"Quite the scholar you got there," Stacy beamed at Matt who nodded appreciatively.

"Thanks, ma'am," he said and gave a short bow which made Stacy laugh.

"Your hair....," Adam started as he glanced at Lucy. "It's magnificent."

Her hair was done in a side braided pony tail, held by a silver barrette with puce studs. A white decorative headband could be seen, slotted neatly in Lucy's fawn hair.

Lucy smiled.

"Stacy insisted on the acessories." Worry fleeted around her eyes for a moment. "I hope you don't mind?" she asked Adam. She very well knew Adam was paying for everything and considering the way the boys looked ravishing, she knew it wasn't a small sum.

"It's alright Lucy," Adam smiled assuringly.

"Hey, where's Scarlett anyway?" Caleb asked looking around.

It was at that exact moment that Scarlett bounced into the waiting room, with Amanda right behind her.
She rushed to hug Adam once she sighted him.

Adam chuckled and wrapped his arms around her.

"I love your hair, Scarlett," Adam said with a smile.

Scarlett pulled back from the hug and grinned widely at him. "You do, don't you?! Miss Amanda fixed it for me, and I used a sweet smelling shampoo that was of honey flavor! Miss Amanda let me pick out the one I liked out of the options, then I watched a cartoon while she styled my hair!" Scarlett chattered on.

"And she made it very lovely as well," Adam said, admiring Scarlett's fanciful ringlets that were held with some onyx bobby pin.

"It's nothing," Amanda said but as she looked away, a slight blush formed on her cheeks to which Stacy cocked an amused eyebrow at.

"I got to eat candies at the barber shop," Matt announced with a small smirk.

Scarlett stuck out her tongue at him.
