Jordon pov
" you went to his game after I specifically told you not to?!" Dad said in an annoyed tone. He rubbed his forehead.
" I had to. I didn't want to disappoint Mattia," I sighed.
" I'm sure Mattia would've understood that you weren't feeling well Jordon. You threw up a lot today, you should've stayed home and rested," he told me.
Yeah I was throwing up a lot today. I don't know why but I literally threw up everything I ate, " dad it's not a big deal. It's nothing serious,"
" we don't know that yet Jordon," he answered, " I know your results still haven't come but you and I both know that vomiting isn't a good sign,"
I went quiet and the atmosphere went a little tense, " are you trying to say that....that it's..."
He sat down next to me and rubbed his forehead, " no I'm not saying that. Maybe it's just some sort of side effect from the medicine. But just in case it isn't I need you to stay home until the results come. I don't want something bad to happen to you when you're out."
I nodded and looked down at my lap, " ok that's fair."
****
I told him I was a little sick which is why I looked a little pale before. I didn't expect him to take it that badly.
I didn't want to disappoint him by not showing up. I've already missed a few of his other games.
