“No! Dad! Please! We can find a better way!” Tony stares into my eyes and gives me a slight smile. I yell for him but it's too late. He dives straight into the explosion.

I shoot up from under the covers. My eyes dart around until I remember where I am. “Is everything okay?” I look behind me and see Peter sitting up and rubbing his eye.

“Yeah, yeah. I uh- I just had a bad dream.” I roughly lay back down and stare at the ceiling. He gets out of the bed and exits the room. I hear him talk to May outside the door. I can't quite make out what they're saying, though, I don't make much of an effort to.

After a few moments of blankly staring at the ceiling, I hear the door open. I look up and it's May. “Hey, Morgan. I hate to be the parent here, but he did wear protection, right?”

I stare blankly at her. My face heats up to the point I may just explode from all the blood that rushed to my face. “No!” She looks at me, disappointment smeared all over her face.

“No, I mean, we didn't need it, because we didn't do it.” I scramble to get out from under the blanket. “Look, fully clothed.” I want the earth to swallow me whole.

The door opens again and Peter peaks in. “Hey, you should really be getting up, we've got that field trip to the MoMA.” He sees what's going on and throws a questioning expression towards me.

May chuckles and turns around to leave. Though, she does turn back to me once before going. “Well, when it does happen. Make sure you're safe. I don't need a grand nibling at my age.” After May walks past him, Peter fully enters the room and shuts the door.

“What was that all about.” I sit back down on the bed. “Told you she would make a big deal about it.” I state with an emphasis on “it.”

Shaking off all my embarrassment I go and get ready for school. Peter meets me in the kitchen and hands me a plate of toast. “I know it's not gourmet, but I feel like it'll do.”

“Peter, I've eaten toast before.” He awkwardly chuckles then turns back to the toaster which must be where his own bread currently resides.

“You should call Happy soon. I'll be taking a bus to school today.” I finish my bite of toast before saying anything.

“How about I join you.” He swiftly looks back at me.
“You? Taking public transportation?”
“Quite frankly I'm offended. I take taxis all the time.” I say while crossing my arms.
“Okay, public, public transport. It's technically private while you're using it.” I roll my eyes and finish my piece of bread.

After Pete is done, we clean up and start to exit the building. Of course, he forgets something though, and has to go back to get it. I sit on the steps and scroll on my phone.

I check Twitter and notice a higher number of notifications than usual. Looks like lots of art. I save everything So I can print them out later.

I remember when I first started and not many people followed me. It's crazy how just overnight suddenly it exploded. I just recently had my own trending hashtag. #PrincessOfNYC. After my Sweet Sixteen party, everyone on the internet just started calling me that.

“Okay, I found my permission slip.” I grab his hand as he walks past me, using his momentum to pull myself off the step.

“I'm pretty sure you were supposed to turn that in a week before the trip. Not the day of.” He looks at me and shrugs. He better hope that works on the trip supervisor.

Once we've reached a bus stop, I sit down on the bench. “Have you ever been on a bus like this?” Peter jokes but I shake my head. “Nope, guess I'm going to have the full peasant experience today.”

We chat a bit about odds and ends until a bright blue bus stops in front of us. Peter grabs my hand and leads me along. We board and he pays the fees.

I make my way to the back where I see an empty spot away from most people. Peter takes the window seat.

I stay fairly quiet to avoid annoying anyone. The whole ordeal lasts way too long for my tastes.

When we do get close to the school, Peter pulls the rope on the wall. The driver stops and I get up and awkwardly shuffle off the bus.

It's all over and Pete asks me how it was. “I think I'll stick with Happy and his road rage.” We both chuckle and walk up to the school.

A/N: Let's ignore the fact that I had to research how to get on and off a bus for this chapter. Lol.

Also, Infinity War is completely written. For some odd reason, I really enjoyed writing it, so I hope all of you enjoy reading it!
