One of the first poems I have written for the compilation and probably one of my favorite collaboration pieces with my good friend, Alonzo Agustin /ADTHEMEDIATOR.

The first time I have heard "exile", I knew I just have to make a poem about this and it should be a collaboration piece and I instantly knew it has to be with Alonzo. I have been chatting with him and we were talking about the song and I asked him if he could do another collab with me on this particular song. So, in an overnight - about two days after "folklore" dropped, we were able to come up with this piece called, "Ending in Exile".

We have to say, exile is the best collab song that Taylor has done yet. The song gave us so many feels and the intensity of it just pushed Alonzo and me to write on it. I instantly had the idea of alternating verses like how the lines in the song were beautifully placed. The song is like hearing an argument and miscommunication in two points of view and that is what we also did in the poem.

Kudos to Alonzo, he never fails to bring depth & intensity of emotions and make one feel emotions in every line & piece that he has written. He is a talented individual & I am glad to have a friend and a brother in the writing world that does the same thing that I do and love. Writing with him has always been a pleasure, privilege & honor.
