Memories

Hi guys! This one has a time skip to when Eclipse is 3, and Seafoam is 5. And there is a new egg, BTW. Enjoy! This is from Eclipse's POV, and she looks like the pic.

Eclipse looked behind her cautiously. She didn't want to risk being followed. She wasn't going anywhere bad, but she was going somewhere that she didn't want others to find out about. So maybe it was bad. But Eclipse didn't want to think about that. Padding silently along on feather light talons, Eclipse dug her claws into a soft piece of ground that wouldn't show claw marks. Then she sat down to wait. It was excruciating, but Eclipse had been solving her mystery with a partner. So she had to wait. Keeping her claws dug into the ground, Eclipse yawned and laid down her head. It was around midnight, and everyone else was asleep, and Eclipse was tired. Exhausted. She had been doing this every night for a year now, and they still hadn't figured it out. But they had ideas. Eclipse was just closing her eyes when a bright white shape landed a little ways ahead of her. Eclipse lifted her head sleepily. "Took you long enough." She said, yawning and stretching. The newcomer walked over to her in gliding steps, not leaving any trace of him ever being there. He smirked. Eclipse stood up, her claws still dug into the mossy terf. It was the easiest way to wait, keeping herself restrained. Gently pulling her claws one by one from the earth, she followed the other dragon towards the end of the rainforest. Their footsteps were light, not leaving prints or marks behind. No one could no about this. As they reached a dead end, Eclipse took the lead. Standing right by a tall, thick-trunked tree, she straightened her body and slid down a smooth, hidden shoot. She threw her prehensile tail up as she neared the end, pulling herself out and hanging by her tail, which was grasping a smooth wooden bar. Eclipse flipped herself over, then flew to the central platform where several bookshelves were laden with filled scrolls, empty ink pots. Boards that they had built were covered top to bottom in chalk, notes that they had taken. Eclipse turned as an 'off!' sounded behind her. The Icewing had landed in a heap at the end of the tunnel. Eclipse shook her head, then went back to the boards. Taking out an empty scroll, she labeled the date. Three Moons. She put. The she scribbled down another entry in her everlasting diary. 

Three Moons

I think I have an idea. What if these memories that I don't remember aren't mine? What if they're someone else's?  What if I don't own these memories? I think I might be onto something! I've never been this close to anything, at least related to this. What if this is a breakthrough? I should probably tell Sleet about this. He'd be interested. He's been helping me since the beginning. But it's only a theory, and only I can really discover what this is about. But it's nice to have a partner working with you. Sleet actually seems interested in this mystery, and I appreciate it. But I'm weird. And he shouldn't be hanging around weird dragons. But every time he insists that he doesn't care. Who is this dragon? He must be crazy. Also, he's very warm and friendly for an Icewing. How did we even become friends? I don't know. He just showed up in the Rainforest Kingdom one day and ran into me, and I knew some of his memories, so now he's helping me with the mystery. Funny, right? A Rainwing/Nightwing/Seawing hybrid working with an Icewing to solve a mystery about a dragon who has dragons memories that she hasn't even met, who is super smart, and could fly right from the moment she was hatched. He has strange taste in friends. I'm going to write my theory on a board, show it to Sleet. I don't know how we can solve this problem, if we ever can, but I know that we can at least figure out what is going on. I'll write again soon, with a new update on my conditions.

Hi guys! So, what do you think? Eclipse is a super smart three year old dragonet who has dragons who she's never met memories. Weird, right? At the end of the last chapter, she remembered Sea Star teasing other dragons with her appearance when she had only just been born. I think I'm confusing myself. :) Stay flappy!
