I wiped my own tears as I hid all of my things in the cabinet again. I stood up and sighed heavily.

"Come on, Kae. You've been through a lot. Don't be affective with this one." I encouraged myself before smiling bitterly. "You're the only one that you have. Yourself."

I cleared my throat before walking out of my room with the paper on my hand. I went out of the mansion using my car before driving to the church of Salinas.

I went out of my car when I already parked it beside of the church. There was a lot of people since it was Sunday. Some of people even stared and glanced at me because of my attire. Goodness. I forgot that I was wearing a skirt.

I didn't mind them and just bought a candle in front of the church before going inside. I dipped my finger on the holy water near the wooden benches inside the church before putting it on my forehead as a sign of the cross.

I wandered around and searched for a vacant seat where I spotted in front. I slowly, but carefully, walked towards it and sat down. I didn't bother to look around to see if there's a person I know since there was a huge crowd inside the church.

Good thing that I was wearing a knitted shirt so I won't be heated that much. There was also a electric fan so there's no problem about the heat.

The mass took hours before it ended. I stayed in the church for like five minutes before I decided to go out. I was playing the keys with my hand when I spotted someone.

I blinked thrice before smirking playfully. I just walked passed by them and they didn't even notice me since they were busy... flirting.

Kaya pala nagmamadali. May date pala.

I started the engine of my car before driving towards the Omega mall. I had a flu, but I'm already fine so I think I can make gala gala na.

I went out of my car and went inside of the mall. I walked around and went inside the clothing shop which I endorsed on my social media accounts.

Some of people recognized me and didn't let the moment pass to take a picture with me which I genuinely approved. I just told them that they could post it tomorrow so I won't be stranted in the mall which they agreed immediately. Some of them even gave something to me which I really appreciated.

I was sitting outside the Starbucks here in mall while sipping my chocolate chip drink when someone suddenly sat in front of me. I almost choke on my drink when I recognized who it was.

"Why are you here?" Esther asked darkly.

"Uhm... Relaxing?" I answered nervously.

I don't know why, but I suddenly felt nervous when I saw him. He was already glaring at me when he sat in front of me. He was holding a cup of coffee with the strap of his casebag on his shoulder. He was wearing a white button-down dress shirt that he slightly hid with his black coat. He looked so professional in front of me, especially because he was wearing a loose necktie and rounded specs. His hair was clean too.

It looks like he just went from a meeting or something.

"Relaxing when it's obviously going to rain again?" He asked sarcastically. "You just got better from your flu, Francine. You shouldn't go out yet. Baka mabinat ka."

"I won't." I said, slightly pouting.

I was about to sip on my drink again when Esther fastly snatched it from my hand. I yelled at him, but he just ignored me and replaced it with a bottled water.
