"Freeze!" Sarah shouted when you all saw Riordan coming down the stairs. Sarah and Casey had their guns pointed at him while you and Chuck just stood behind them.

"My partner would rather shoot you in the face than let you get away." Sarah said.

"You called me your partner?" Casey seemed shocked yet happy at the same time as Sarah looked over at him, nodding her head and smiling.

" Where are the codes, you son of a bitch?" Casey said more determined now.

" Where's the antidote?" Sarah asked.

"Actually, I was just about to enjoy a little antidote myself. What kind of host would I be if I didn't offer you some as well? " Riordan said, walking over to where the antidotes were.

"Careful there. Haven't killed anyone in a while. Getting a little hungry." Casey said, gun still on him.

Riordan grabbed five bottles, handing four of them to Sarah. Sarah quickly grabbed them and passed them over to the rest of you. You were all about to drink them but this seemed too easy.

"Chuck. This doesn't seem right." you whispered to him. Chuck understood exactly what you meant.

"No, no, no! Wait, wait, wait! Don't, don't, don't!" Chuck shouted stopping everyone else.

"You have a flash?" Sarah asked.

"No. No. I've just read tons of comic books. And thank God Y/N does too. And the villain always samples it first."

"Good one, guys." Casey said, smirking and handing the bottle back to Riordan.

"All right." and then Riordan tried to run away and do all these fancy flips which Sarah just got tired of and shot Riordan in the knee making him fall to the ground in pain.

"Very unsportsmanlike. I like it." Casey commented.

"Girl you're such a badass and I love it." you said.

"Thanks Y/N."

You now had Riordan tied to a chair.

"The antidote's in the cabinet, bottom right shelf. Key is in my pocket. Codes are in my right shoe." Sarah grabbed the keys walking over to the cabinet. You and Chuck followed.

She found the antidotes and handed them to you two and then she walked over to Casey. You and Chuck stared at each other for a moment and then you were just about to take it when Chuck then stopped you.

"No, wait, wait, wait. Wait, wait. Not yet. Not yet."

"Why? What's the matter?" you asked concerned.

" Nothing. It's just that this... This will probably be the last chance that I have to know the truth."

"Yeah... you do have a point."

"Listen Y/NN we have been friends for so long and I know we have always been very close and lately we have been getting more and more closer. Like more than normal."

"Yeah we have." you said softly, smiling at him.

"And I just want to know...Y/N do you think... Are you-"

"Guys! You need to hurry and take it! It could kill you at anytime!" Casey shouted.

Chuck looked over at him.

"Yeah one sec!"

Chuck then looked back at you and noticed you took the antidote and he looked disappointed.

"I'm sorry Chuck. Casey scared me."

Chuck nodded and couldn't help but laugh a little.

"It's okay Y/N."

He took it too.

"Not bad."

You and Chuck both wished you had a little more time. You both had the courage to finally tell each other how you really feel and now it's gone. The fear of admitting your feelings were back.

"Come on Chuck." you said softly and you both put your arms around each other and walked out of the room, following Sarah and Casey.

You were all back at the Buy More now, in the home theatre room.

"We received the codes and now our weapons sites are more secure than ever. Congratulations on a job well done." Beckman said.

All of a sudden Harry Tang came barging in. You and Chuck quickly stood up while Casey and Sarah had their guns pointed at him. Tang was terrified.

" Major Casey, you've infiltrated the home theatre room?" Beckman asked.

" I... I... I see nothing out of the ordinary here. Carry on, Bartowski."

" Stay right where you are." Sarah ordered.

" Wait, wait, wait. Wait, wait, wait, wait. What are you going to do with him?"

"We'll take care of it." Casey said walking Tang out of the room.

You and Chuck stared at each other and you shook your head.

"Again. I don't work here and I can't stand that guy."

It was the next day and you and Sarah were both working together today. Sarah could see that something was bugging you. It was dead in the store so she went over to talk to you.

"Hey. You okay?"

"Yeah why wouldn't I be?"

"Y/N... you know you can't lie to me right?"

You looked down and sighed.

"Is this about our talk and what happened with Chuck yesterday?"

"I was this close to telling him how I felt. I'm pretty sure he was too. I mean I know we were both on truth serum but... It finally gave me the courage. And now..."

"Y/N look at what you are doing right now. Being an intersect, risking your life everyday to save lives and the country... That takes a Hell of a lot of courage already. You have more courage than you know."

You smiled at her.

"So I think you have just enough to tell Chuck how you feel."

"You're right Sarah. You're amazing."

Sarah smiled back at you.

"Go get him."

"Thanks Sarah."

You smiled big and started heading out the door, Sarah right behind you. But as soon as you stepped outside, you saw something you didn't want to see.

You saw Chuck at the sandwich shop across, with the girl. They were sitting together and laughing. He clearly asked her out.

You had tears starting to come down and Sarah noticed. She put her arm around your shoulder.

"Looks like I'm too late."
