Gayoung exited the school building, relieved that the week was over and now she could just relax. Of course, she had to be at the daycare in a couple of hours, but that was fun. She liked it there, and she liked spending time with Seungsik.

As she left the school grounds, she saw a familiar figure, at the corner of the sidewalk, leaning against a motorcycle and doing something on his phone.

"Hanse?" she asked, walking up to him and hoping that it was him. If it wasn't... that would be rather embarrassing.

The boy turned around, a bright smile on his face, and she sighed in relief. It was him.

"Gayoung!" he said happily.

"What are you doing out here? Are you waiting for someone? Subin?"

He shrugged. "Subin, you, Byungchan... it didn't matter. I just wanted one of you to come to watch a movie with me because I'm bored. You came out first, so I guess you're coming," he said, handing her a helmet.

"Wow, it sounds like I don't have much of a choice in this," she said sarcastically.

"Please?" he asked, pouting at her. "It's my treat."

"I've been treated a lot lately," she commented, putting the helmet on her head. "It's kind of scary. I think I'll wake up tomorrow and this will all be a dream. I'll be back to being alone with no friends," she half-joked.

"No you won't," he assured her, putting a hand on her shoulder. "You're our friend now, and we're not leaving you. You won't be alone anymore."

"I really, really don't see why you guys are being so nice to me," she sighed. "There's literally nothing special about me. Why would you want to be my friend?"

"You have to have more confidence in yourself," he scolded lightly, knocking on the helmet. "You're nice and fun to be around. We can be ourselves around you because you don't know who we are."

Gayoung frowned at him, taking off the helmet to look at him closer. "You guys keep saying stuff like that. Who are you? You're not dangerous, are you?"

Hanse leaned closer to her. "Well if I was dangerous," he whispered. "Would I tell you?" he asked, tilting his head and raising an eyebrow at her.

Her heart skipped a beat at his closeness, and he pushed him away, putting the helmet back on her head so that he wouldn't see she was blushing.

"You don't seem like criminals," she muttered to herself.

"I heard that," he commented playfully, putting his helmet on as well and getting on the motorcycle. "Here, get on. And hold on tight. I like to go fast."

"What if I don't want to hold on?" she teased.

"Well then I guess you'll fall off and die," he deadpanned.

Gayoung burst out laughing. "I guess I should hold on then," she said, climbing on behind him and wrapping her arms around his waist. She rested her chin on his shoulder. "Good?"

"Yep," he agreed. "I think you'll be safe now," he said, starting the motorcycle.

It was her first time riding one, and he hadn't been joking, he did like to go fast.

But it was fun. It felt like flying. It was scary but she also felt... free.
