Subin gave everyone a bright smile after Seungwoo and Seungsik left, and though his smile looked real, Gayoung doubted that it was. The worry in the air was practically tangible.

"Let's go, hm?" he said, linking his arm with hers and leading the way.

"Is everything alright?" she asked after a moment, pulling her arm away and looking at him seriously.

"I'm sure everything is fine," he assured her. "I trust Seungwoo and Seungsik. If anything's wrong with Sejun, they'll take care of him," he said sincerely. "They'd want us to go have fun at the amusement park, so let's do that, okay!"

"Okay!" she agreed brightly, as they approached the gates. They showed their tickets and were let in.

"Should we get headbands again?" Byungchan asked eagerly, leading the way into the store.

"How about matching headbands?" Chan asked, trying on a bunny one.

Subin and Hanse both burst out laughing.

"Gayoung said the same thing last time," Subin explained, laughing even harder at Chan's confused face. "You two do matching headbands, then," he continued, grabbing another bunny headband off of the rack and placing it on her head.

"Awww, you guys look like a couple," Hanse exclaimed, pushing Chan towards her.

Gayoung felt her face start to heat up. "A couple?" she muttered, tucking a strand of hair behind her ear. "Oh please. We don't even know each other," she said, playfully glaring at Hanse.

"So should we get to know each other then?" Chan asked, taking her hand.

Her heart almost stopped, and she stared up at him in shock. His eyes were playful and teasing, and he was giving her a dimpled smile that made him look somehow more gorgeous than he already was.

The smile was so at odds with when she'd seen him at the movie theater.

"I'm trying to escape."

Those words kept echoing around in her mind. She was curious about him, about all of them. What was he escaping from?

"No thanks," she teased, taking her hand back.

"Oh please?" he whined, holding onto her hand again. "Everyone else got to spend time with you, didn't they? Can I steal Gayoung for a bit?" he asked, looking around. "Since we are a couple now," he added, winking at her.

"We are not!" she protested, trying to pull her hand away, but he didn't let her.

"Just meet us back here when I call you," Subin said, laughing and shaking his head at Chan.

Then the rest of the boys left, none of them having bought a headband. Except for Byungchan, who'd snuck away to buy one while everyone else was talking. He was a teddy bear now.

"You're blushing," Chan informed her, leaning close towards her and taking her mind off everything else.

"It's just hot here, that's all," she insisted, fanning her face with one hand.

"Hot because I'm here?" he teased, taking another step closer.

"Stop it!" she complained, laughing and turning away a little bit, though she couldn't go far because he still was holding one of her hands. "You're making me nervous," she admitted, placing a hand on her rapidly beating heart. Then she looked up at him again, playfully glaring. "We're here to go on rides, aren't we? So let's pay for these matching headbands and then find some, okay?"

"Okay!" he agreed, giving her that smile again.

Heart, stop it. Don't be like this.

He didn't let go of her hand as he led her to the cash register.

"Aren't you going to give me back my hand?" she teased, trying to pull her hand away again.

"Absolutely not," he replied cheerily, winking at her. "We're a couple today, remember?"
