After we went back to Lee's house, i made a promise with Jay to not talk about what we did. I went back into my room and hopped on to my bed as always.

I decided to message Jeno since his last class was already probably over. And i kind of missed him.

I smiled when i saw the last message. Was he trying to flirt again?

I quickly fixed my hair and brushed my teeth before packing some stuff that could be useful at the beach to a backpack. I took a warmer jacket with me since it was going to be colder at night.

I was putting my shoes on and was about to leave but then i noticed Jeno's jacket on the clothing rack and decided to take it with me.

I rushed to the bus stop and the bus came within a minute. While sitting in the bus, i just listened to some music and suddenly i thought about my mom. I missed her and we hadn't talked since she left so i messaged her.

Mom took a while to respond but soon i felt my phone buzz.

I've been really good, it's really nice
living and working here, but i miss you

and the others?

Of course!!!

I smiled and was about to respond but then i realized the bus arrived to the bus stop nearest to the beach. I pushed the stop button and after the bus stopped, i got out.

I walked to the beach and i could hear people screaming and laughing even when i was still quite far away. Soon, i got where everyone was and saw Chenle and Jisung together.

"hi guys!" i said as i got to them

"oh, you're here! hi" Jisung said while Chenle just smiled to me

"where's Jeno?" i asked

"he should be there at the bonfire, that's where we saw him a while ago" Chenle said and pointed at a bonfire that had a lot of people around it

I nodded and went there. I started to look for Jeno and soon noticed the boy sitting alone at the sand with a beer can in his hand.

I smiled and went to sit down next to him. Jeno turned to me and i took the beer from his hand, taking a sip of it.

"hey, that's mine" he said but didn't try to take it back
