I woke up the next day and looked around, taking a few seconds to realize i was in my own room. Then it took a few more seconds for me to realize it was Jeno's birthday.

I quickly checked my phone and as expected, Haechan had messaged me.

Is it okay if we celebrate the birthday
at your house?
I mean everyone else's parents are home
And Jeno said your house is nice

Well yeah i guess
Are there gonna be a lot of ppl?

Haechan
No just you know, the guys and some other people from our school
But we're planning to keep it small

Okay then
At what time?
I mean i gotta clean up the house

Like 7pm?
Not really late but still in the evening

After eating breakfast, i changed my pyjamas into a hoodie and a pair of sweatpants before starting to clean up the house. It took about an hour since it wasn't really messy because mom had cleaned up before she left.

Then i realized i should probably tell my mom about the party. It was basically her house after all, i mean she owned it. But first i had to make sure there wasn't going to be any illegal stuff.

A few hours passed by, it was now 4pm. I had been preparing Jeno's gift the whole three hours. But i didn't really care, i knew it was going to be worth it.

Then Haechan messaged me again.

Okay so do you wanna know the list
of the ppl who are coming?

Obviously, me, Jisung, Chenle and Renjun
But then Jeno wanted to invite that Chaeryeong or whatever and she's bringing her friend Ryujin i guess
Also Jay said he wanted to come and
he's taking a few friends with him
THEN Renjun asked if he could invite
YangYang and his brother, Hendery
So like they're coming too
I think that's about thirteen ppl in total
