Chapter 27 - The Butterfly Effect Has Started

As she runs happily back to the hut but on her way back just before she could step a paw into the peach forest's border, a strange wind picks up and blows her away. She was whipped into an unknown place that she never even been to before. She was dropped harshly onto the floor before she realized what has happened, she changed back from her fox form.

"Ahhh... ouch! It hurts so badly! What was that? Where am I? Hello!!! Hello!!! Yooohoo!!! YOOOHOO!!!" she whines out loud while getting up from the ground. She quickly checks on the jar of honey hoping it didn't break during her crash. "Luckily! It's still good. I really need to find a way out before Dijun wakes up or he will get worried." she says to herself.

She looks around her surroundings, everything looks dark and gloomy. The atmosphere has an evil vibe which sends a chill down her spine. She continues walking, hoping to find a way out or someone she can ask for help. But there was no one in sight, there were only rocks and poison looking plants on her way. She didn't dare to even touch anything she passes. Even though she doesn't pay attention in class, only fools around, pick fights with other kids and chase around Donghua for a few hundred years. But she did indeed spend enough time with ZheYan to know some of these poisonous plants.

The further she walks, the more she feels creeped out. The feeling she was getting is not a pleasant one, at all. It feels like to her, that she is being watched or being followed. She didn't like it so she started to walk faster and faster. The more she walks, the air gets harder and harder for her to breathe and she doesn't understand why. She finally sees a group of guards, she hides behind a large rock and watches them walking around. She watches two men that were not dressed in the same outfits as the rest of the guards, walking through the gate and the rest of the guards just left the area.

"Hmmm... maybe that is the exit to this place... " she says to herself in her mind. She waited and watched for a little bit longer. As she was about to walk out and two guards came over to stand guard at the gate. "Darn! I missed my chance!" she scolds herself in her mind while knocking her temple. She looks at the ground and sees a rock close to her feet. She kicked the rock as hard as possible to the side of her, causing a distraction.

One of the guards went to check on it and the other stayed guarding the gate. She manifests her tails to lure the guard over and she knocks him out as well. "Two for the queen and zero for this place! Now I better get going before the other guard comes back." she says out loud. She looks around her surroundings again just to see if the close is clear. She walks as quickly as possible over to the gate hoping it was her ticket out of this creepy place. As she tries to walk through the gates a strong force field knocks her a few meters back onto the ground. Tianguang shield activates around her and softens her fall.

Donghua's peaceful sleeping was disturbed all of a sudden. He can feel that someone was trying to get to Miao Luo's blood tear at the same time as the Tainguang shield alerts him. Unfortunately, he couldn't feel the Tianguang shield alerting him due to the blood tear alert being much more powerful. He quickly springs up but what bothers him now, even more, is that his Xiaobai is nowhere in sight. He gets off the bed and quickly exits the room hoping she was somewhere outside but he can't see or sense her aura anywhere. "XIAOBAI! XIAOBAI! XIAOBAI!" he screams out while LianSong walks out from the other hut next to him.

At the same time, Miao Luo was so happy to have awakened from her deep slumber from the last time that Donghua visited her. "Donghua, ah Donghua, it seems like your little lover can't stay away from me much longer. It's not me, who goes finding her, but rather she delivers herself to me all the time. HA HA HA HA! Donghua just you wait. When I fully recover I will break this seal and destroy everything you ever cared for. I will make you watch me kill your precious fox. I will make you beg me to spare her life HA HA HA HA!" she happily screams.
