Chapter 26 - Just Before The Second Wave

As Fengji arrives in ZhiYan's Peach Forest she is already greeted by her beloved little uncle in his fox form. He jumped onto her shoulders then started licking her face and running from one side to the other side of her shoulders. He jumps off her shoulder and changes back to his human form. "My Xiaojiu, how nice for you to remember you still have your family here in Qingqiu." BaiZhen jealousy snorts out. "Ah little uncle, I missed you. You are the first one I came to see. I haven't even seen gugu yet. See how important you are to me!" she coaxes BaiZhen while hugging one of his arms and rubbing her face on his shoulder.

"Don't let your gugu hear what just you said or she will for sure show you who is more important. Let me take a good look at you lassie." BaiZhen says out loud while he swirls Fengjiu slowly and elegantly around. "Does he treat you well?" he asks, then leans in to whisper the next question. "Did he force you or hurt you the first night? If he did or bullied you just let me know! Even if I can't beat him I will destroy his TaiChen Palace or send the old phoenix to burn all his stuff."

Upon hearing the last question Fengjiu was shy and embarrassed to even answer that question. "Ah! Little uncle, he treated me very well. He has nursed me back to full health. We slept together the whole three years in Bihai Cangling." she answers shyly and BaiZhen raises one of his eyebrows. "So I guess soon I will have a little grandchild to play with." he jokingly says with a smirk. "It's not what you think! We were actually sleeping, sleeping." she annoyingly replies back to him while slapping his arm. "Umm... we still haven't... " she hesitant and shyly tries to say then gets interrupted.

"Oh look! How honour is it for me to have the precious Dihou arriving at my Peach Forest? It's such a shame that my hut is too shabby to invite your grace in." ZheYan jokingly says while walking out from his hut. "Old phoenix I know you're just mad at me for not cooking for you for so long. How about I go make some dinner for everyone?" she happily says. "Xiaojiu, let me check on your health first!" ZheYan says while grabbing her wrist.

He checks on her vitals which were great, but he also notices that all her cultivations are gone. "Not bad! Donghua did nurse you back, very well." he says with a smirk. ZheYan didn't mention anything about her cultivations. He knows if he said anything about it BaiZhen will probably go crazy and wants to teach Donghua a lesson. He will confront Donghua when he sees him next. "But Zhenzhen it looks like you would still have to wait on the grandchild... Who knows how long though..." he says with a smirk and a wink.

"ZheYan high god, BaiZhen high god." LianSong walks up to greet them both and bows. "Dijun is busy with something at the moment so he sent me to keep an eye on Di... her little highness. I will be staying with her until Dijun returns." LianSong says respectfully while bowing. "You mean old phoenix, I'm not talking to you anymore! Humph! Little uncle, I'll only make dinner for you and third prince! He doesn't need to eat anything at all! Little uncle let's go!" she angrily says while grabbing hold of BaiZhen's arms and walking into the kitchen with him, leaving behind the other two men.

"Xiaojiu, come on, don't be mad. I was just joking with you. I'll do anything you say and I give you the oldest fine peach blossom wines as a token of my sincere apology." ZheYan yells from their back while chasing them from the back of them into the kitchen. "What is yours, is my little uncle's. So if I wanted the oldest fine peach blossom wines, little uncle would give it to me. Right, little uncle? I know you really dote me and love me, little uncle! You won't just watch your Xiaojiujiu get bullied like that, right?" she sweetly talks to BaiZhen, she knows it will work because it always worked on him before.

"Of course, who in Qingqiu wouldn't dote and love our Xiaojiujiu. No one will get away from bullying you. You are our Bai's smallest member, even if I don't do anything I'm pretty sure Dijun will!" BaiZhen sweet talks back to her while stroking her head. He then turns facing ZheYan with a stern face. "Old phoenix, you make her unhappy again, I think I might have to go look for Bifang again since he likes to keep running away..." BaiZhen threateningly says to him.
