Chapter 28 - She Is MINE!

Donghua appears at the front gate of TaiChen Palace carrying Fengjiu, walking slowly through the doors. All the guards and maids all bow to them as they pass by. Everyone wasn't shocked anymore at the sight of this. Since three years ago that scene of Donghua Dijun going berserk on his foster sister spread like wildfire. Everyone knows how much Dihou means to him.

Everyone in TaiChen Palace is very respectful to their new little Dihou and they will all be protective of her as well. Donghua finally walks through his own private bed chamber's doors and the doors close quietly behind him then barriers cover over. As he approaches the bed he gently lays her down and sweeps away the hair that has fallen over her face. He removes the jar that was tucked away in her chest and in his chest. He places it on the side table before he takes off his outer robe then he pulls the covers over her.

He sits down on the bed beside her and looks at her pale face. "Xiaobai, why are you always getting hurt. Is it because I have chosen the wrong choice again? If I had never met you that day in the forest would your life have been happier and free from injury?" he asks out loud, thinking that Fengjiu was still unconscious. Little did he know she also has mastered his skill of fake sleeping.

"DONGHUA DIJUN! How dare you, of having such thoughts AGAIN!!!!" she speaks out of annoyance which shocked Donghua. She didn't like what she had heard. She is mad, mad at why Donghua still thinks of this nonsense. Didn't he already choose to be with her when they were still stuck in that dream world? She is willing to endure any obstacle and pain as long as he loves her and be with her. "Xiaobai, when did you wake up?" he asks in surprise.

"Donghua Dijun, if I never met you that day in the forest, I would have died in the hands of that golden lion. I would not have any more pain or injuries for sure. Is that what you really want?" she snorts out angrily while trying to sit up. "No, that is definitely not what I want. Xiaobai I'm just over worrying about your health. I didn't mean to upset you. Please forgive me." he calmly says while helping her sit up and leaning in, to kiss her lips.

A simple kiss that was to cheer her up turns into a deep passionate kiss when Fengjiu wraps her arms around his neck. Their kiss soon turns into a fierce kiss when his hands wrap around her back. As they kiss, they end up lying back down and roll around on the bed. If the bed was any wider they would have continued rolling to the end. They just end up rolling back and forth on the bed for what feels like half a day.

When she finally broke the kiss to breathe and she harshly whispers out in her panting. "If you... ever... think of... those thoughts... again I... will go find... ZheYan and that... will be the... end of our... story..." she threatens the oh mighty former ruler with deadly glaze. "No! I will never allow you to do that! That is something you can never think of again!" Donghua madly yells out, without thinking properly. His tone of voice was more like a threatening command than a casual warning.

This got Fengjiu even more upset with tears forming in her eyes and her mouth started to open up to cry. "WHY ARE YOU ALLOW TO THINK OF THAT AND I CAN'T THINK OF THIS!" Fengjiu screams back at him because she is now feeling more pain. "Because I LOVE YOU! I WILL NEVER LOVE ANYONE ELSE EVER AGAIN IN THIS LIFETIME OR IN ANY OTHER LIFETIME. You already have stolen my heart! You need to take responsibility for that!" he replies with full emotions on his face. He fiercely kisses her again, not letting her escape his grips at all.

"Donghua I love you too. I will never love anyone but you in any lifetime." she says in her mind while she is totally consumed by the crazy kisses that Donghua is giving her. All Donghua can think of right now is to make up to her for making her upset and kissing her like this is actually doing the job.

"Xiaobai, I love you!" he whispers between kisses. He slowly breaks away from the kissing and remembers what ZheYan said before going anywhere further with the love and desire burning inside of him. "Let her rest more." So he pulls her into his chest and hugs her tightly. "Xiaobai, just sleep with me for now." he softly says, which sounds like a lullaby. Her eyelids start to give up and slowly shuts. The heartbeats of Donghua are very soothing to her ears. "No wonder... he likes to sleep on top of me... the heartbeats of the lover are so pleasant to the ears." she thought in her mind.
