Chapter Nineteen

Kenedi
Holy shit this is really happening. This is really happening.

Everywhere his fingers touch, goosebumps rise. The burning in my stomach keeps growing as he flips us back over.

I wrap my arms him holding him to my neck. I never understood why people liked hickeys so much, but now I understand.

"Fuck." He groans making me whimper. He gently bites on my most sensitive spot on my neck making me gasp and dig my nails into his biceps.

"Oh my god." I say breathlessly. He starts sucking on my skin harder making my toes curl. My chest rises and falls rapidly as our eyes connect. He slowly starts kissing down my chest.

His phone starts ringing making me throw my head back annoyed. He reaches over declining the call. He kisses me again and I know that I'll have swollen lips for the next few hours because of how hard he's kissing me.

His phone starts ringing again and I pull back sighing.

"Just answer it. It's probably important." He sighs looking at his phone and clicks accept.

"What Owen?"

"Look, I know today is your day with Kenedi and everything, but we need to talk. Now."

"What? Why? Is everything okay?"

"Can Kenedi hear me?"

"Hi Owen." I say in an annoyed tone. He overlooks it or is just completely oblivious to it.

"Hey Kenedi. Yeah okay so um...Kenedi, if you listen, you can't tell anyone anything."

"I won't. Who am I gonna tell anyway? Sofia?"

"Yeah exactly."

"What?"

"Wait why are you both shirtless? I- oh." I scrunch my nose blushing deeply.

"What do you want, Ow." He sighs annoyed handing me his shirt. I quickly pull it on cuddling into his side.

"IS THAT A HICKEY?!"

"OWEN!" I yell impatiently.

"Jesus, I interrupted something. Okay anyway. So um...I may or may not have had a moment with Sofia."

"Wait what?" I sit up taking Charlie's phone from him. Charlie whines pulling me back into him and lays his head on my lap.

"We almost kissed."

"When did this happen?!"

"We went out to get breakfast because we were both hungry and some fans spotted us and I almost started having an anxiety attack. She pulled me into a closed store and helped me calm down and I almost kissed her."

"Okay so?" I roll my eyes at Charlie's response.

"Do you like her?"

"I-I don't know, Kenz. I don't know what to do."

"Well before you do anything, you should figure out how you feel about her."

"It seems like you and Charlie figured that out." I roll my eyes smiling down at him and gently run my fingers through his hair.

"Yeah and you kinda ruined the moment." I tug his hair gently trying to tell him to shut up. "Ow!"

"Be nice!" Owen laughs shaking his head.

"So like...are you guys a thing now or?" I look at Charlie silently asking him if he wants to tell people.

"Well she actually never answered my question."
