Now for the last disciple, elder Qian said looking at little Xi.

He stepped forward and bowed. Elder we met yesterday. My name is Mo Xi. Please advise, he said before imitating the stance elder Qian showed.

He didn't pull out his wand as he wanted to hide it as a trump card. Also he controlled his energy so as not to attract attention making it seem like his control was only at the beginning of level 1.

After pointing his finger five intertwining colors of yellow, blue, red, silver, and green shot towards elder Qian who was a bit surprised with what she saw.

She waved her sleeves and the energy dissipated. Level 1 she said looking curiously at little Xi.

Good, elder Qian smiled after a few seconds before diverting everyones attention at the four eldest disciples. You four have to focus on stabilizing your cultivation and attempt the qualifying test to be held in a few months. If you do not pass I will be punishing you heavily she said making the four assume serious faces. Wait for me at the missions hall and I will give you your tasks. You are dismissed.

Yes elder! the four answered before heading towards the missions hall.

You six are to attend my lecture this afternoon at the Dao Pavillion, for this morning you will be doing physical exercises to attune your body on energy circulation.

Yes elder! the six younger disciples answered. Except for Mo Xi and Tang Fengyue you four can start running at the training arena. If I get there you should have finished atleast thirty laps, go!

Hearing this made Wang Yifan's face pale. But with Ming Ran's nudging they finally all left except for little Xi and the girl named Fengyou.

I have only ever accepted one personal disciple being the youngest elder. I have affinity to water and fire as you have observed. I feel that you are both exceptional disciples. And I know you both have affinity to water. Now are you willing to accept me as your master? She suddenly asked.

Hearing this shocked both kids. A genius is actually asking them to become personal disciples in their first day on the sect?

Elder, little Xi interjected. How are you certain I had water elemental affinity?

Fengyou looked at him curiously.

I've already told you earlier, she said. Firstly I also have water affinity and si I am sensitive to water elemental particles. Lastly because of the spell you just used.

When little Xi heard this he finally realized why.

Elder Qian continued, Although the spell I taught you was a simple energy burst spell, it works by summoning the elemental particles which the user has affinity to and send them as a simple projectile attack.

When you used the stance not only did I sense the water elemental particles I also sensed fire elemental particles and  three other elements gather and shoot from your finger. She ended matter of factly.

As he was not able to hide his five elemental affinity in the affinity test he decided not to hide it anymore. Although it might attract a bit of attention he might still use it to his advantage. Like being apprenticed to the youngest elder of the sect.

Elder is right, if you asked the seniors who tested my affinity I do have affinity to all five creational elements.

Although she already guessed it, hearing it still astonished elder Qian. I have never heard of anyone who had five elemental affinity. Although affinity is not really equivalent to talent, it actually helps in mastering different spells. And having reached the first level after one night this boy must be more of a monster than me she thought as her eyes gleamed.
