The missions handed by Long Qi were issued by the sect. There were also other tasks issued by the cultivating clans and other individuals like the elders placed in the board. Aside from the rewards the degree of difficulty is also mentioned. They were categorized like the different classes.

Beginner missions, which are usually taken by outer court disciples in the beginner and intermediate class.
For the intermediate missions only advanced class and inner court disciples can accept.

As for the advanced missions they are only reserved for inner court disciples.
