Chapter 7

Raph's POV

I sighed, kicking an empty beer can up and down the alley. I heard yelling so I rushed up to Alexis' window. As I reached it, I heard a blood curdling scream. I looked in to see her lying on the floor holding her stomach. My heart dropped. I jumped in just as he was picking her up again.

"Alexis!" I yelled. She looked at me weakly.

"R-Raph.." she whimpered. Shredder chuckled. He punched her in her already bleeding stomach. I growled and whipped out my sais and charged at Shredder. He dropped Alexis and shot his blades at me. I dodged every single one and jumped up to kick him in his face. He stumbled back a bit. Karai came running in. She smirked and walked toward Alexis with her dagger.

"NO!!" I yelled. I threw my sai at her and it stabbed into her leg. She yelled in pain and fell. I ran to Alexis. As I passed Karai I ripped the sai out of her leg, earning another pained screaming. I picked up Alexis and headed for the window.

"Bring her back,  mutant!!" I heard Shredder yell at me (I'm not good at Shredder I sowwie). I looked back at him.

"You've destroyed her enough." I said sternly, turning around and jumping out the window, down the fire escape. I found the nearest manhole and I glanced at her wound and felt myself get dizzy. I can't stand the sight of blood. I lifted the cover entered the sewer and made my way to the lair. I looked down at Alexis. She was out cold. I felt her breathing so that's good.

"DONNIE!" I yelled as I entered the lair.

"In here!" He yelled from the lab. I carried Alexis bridal style.

"She needs help, Donnie. Like now." I begged. He nodded, staring at her terrible wound.

"Lay her down." He said. I did and he went to his cupboard and picked out some stitching supplies. I looked over at Alexis to see her eyes slowly opening. I grabbed her hand.

"R-Raphael?" She whimpered. I nodded and she squeezed my hand.

"Yeah baby girl I'm here." I said. Her eyes went kinda wide at my words.

Alexis' POV

I heard voices but I couldn't see. I groaned but I don't think anyone heard me. I slowly opened my eyes and winced as I shifted a little. I felt somebody grab my hand.

"R-Raphael?" I whimpered in pain. I saw him nod. I squeezed his hand in pain.

"Yeah baby girl I'm here." He said. I widened my eyes a little bit. Did he just...? I stared at him in shock and Donnie did as well. Donnie reached to remove my shirt but I stopped him and shook my head. I looked at Raph. He took the hint and nodded, removing my shirt. Donnie gave me a weird look.

"I'm more comfortable with him... no offense.." I mumbled. Donnie just smiled and nodded. I smiled weakly. He started to stitch up my belly. He decided to make conversation to distract me from the pain.

"So.. what exactly happened?" He asked. I explained and he nodded.

"So you have no clothes?" Raph asked. I nodded.

"I have nothing." I sighed.

"April can probably get you some clothes." Donnie smiled.

"April?" I asked. Raph nodded.

"Our friend that Donnie has a huge crush on." Raph smirked. I smirked as well and look at Donnie.

"Awwwwww Donnie-boy has a wittle cwush?" I teased. He blushed as red as Raph's mask. I giggled.

"M-maybe..." he mumbled. "Y-you can sit up if ya want." I stood up and looked at Raph, who avoided eye contact. I frowned.

"Raph?" I said, touching his shoulder. He lightly brushed me off. I looked at him in disbelief as he walked away. Tears threatened to escape from my ducts. I sighed.
