Chapter 9

Alexis' POV

"Lex?" I heard a voice. I looked up.

"Oh hey M-Mikey.." I sniffled.

"I think you should talk to Raph.. He feels bad." He said.

"Mikey, he ignored me. For a whole week. NO reason given!" I said and my voice cracked.

"Please?" He whined. "He's gonna be mean to me if he keeps being upset." He pouted and I sighed.

"Okay." I agreed. "For you, Mikey." I smiled lightly.

"Thank you Lexi!!" He cheered like a kid as he hugged me. I giggled and wiped my tears as I walked out.

"Raphael." I said sternly. He looked at me.

"Hey." He grumbled. "Whatdya want?" I sighed.

"I just want to know why you have been ignoring me, Raphael." I said quietly.

"Why do you care." He growled.

"Just answer my question." I sighed. He stood up again.

"First, you tell me why the fuck you care!!" He yelled. "Why the fuck do you care if I ignore and avoid you?!?!" I teared up.

"Because I love you, Raphael!!!" I screamed.

Raph's POV

"Because I love you Raphael!!!" She screamed, tears now falling from her eyes.

"W..what?" I asked in disbelief. She sighed.

"I love you Raph." She said. We sat in silence for what felt like an hour.

"Alexis.. I was ignoring you because.. well.. when I called you.. what I called you... you seemed... freaked out... I ignored and avoided you because I thought that kiss meant nothing to her, that it was just a thank you kiss. I mean.. how could anyone love a freak?" I sighed and looked at her.

"Raph... I was surprised yes... not freaked out... I was happy..." she sniffled. I hugged her tightly.

"I'm sorry..." I mumbled into her hair. "I love you too."
