Ariana's pov
I was grinding beans for the first time and I was freaking out. After I got back home yesterday, mum saw I was mad. I was really angry at Chelsea although I felt what I said was wrong. Samantha spoke some sense into my brain. Chelsea was the type to correct her self when she made horrible mistakes like that but I didn't know Chelsea anymore. She was once my best friend but she changed.
I might not have been fair about what I said yesterday, maybe because I was mad and scared about Jake's issue but I sure got her angry.
Well, my mum didn't want me to think about that. Although I didn't tell her about the number. I made a deal with Aiden and the rest to not tell my parents about Jake's recent contact with me. I can't get locked at home again. They might even say I shouldn't go for dance universe until they find him and Jake is a hard one to catch. She just noticed I was angry and didn't bother to ask.
She promised me something the following day and it was to grind beans. It was ridiculous but I liked it. She saw a new dish online and wanted to try it for the whole house. It was interesting grinding beans with her.
" Mum, don't you think you need to add something to the beans you are grinding?" I asked and stared at the phone to see if we had to.
" No, no, no, no. Not the beans I am grinding, the beans we are grinding." She said which made me laugh.
" Okay, but we need to be careful not to mess it up." I said as the door bell rang.
" Greg!!! Someone is at the door!" I screamed from the kitchen.
" Yeah, I know! I am busy." He yelled back as Mum gave me a look.
" Can both of you have some manners? The person at the door might hear you." She frowned.
" The person at the door can hear us mum. This is not the first time we will do something like this. " I laughed and was about to yell Greg's name again.
" I will open it! Don't tear down the house with your noise and laziness." Dad shouted from the living room.
" Dad is the best. Mum, who do you think it will be?" I looked at her. She shrugged and rinsed her hand.
" I am not expecting anybody. Are you?" She turned to me.
" Well, not really but maybe I have expectations." I said like a child.
" You are expecting who?" She eyed me carefully which made me laugh.
" I think Aiden's mum is coming over to give us a proper invitation to her son's wedding. Well, I am not very sure yet but Aiden mentioned it once and I think it is today." I said as mum gasped.
" Are you serious? We can just go over to their house." She said and quickly took off her apron.
" Mum, I am not sure yet. Calm down!" I tried to shout loud enough for her to hear me but she was already out of the kitchen.
" Oh yes. She never listens to me." I laughed and ran to the living room. Two men were seated on the couch while dad stood at the other end of the room with his hands folded. Mum ran in with a smile but her smile didn't last long when she saw the men. Dad too wasn't smiling.
I looked at both of them and stared at the men that were seated in the living room. The first man wore a black suit and had a briefcase in his right hand. He had black shiny hair that was gelled to the back . He looked like a business man who came for a deal. He had brown eyes and was very fair. The other man beside him was just as fair as he was. He wore a plain shirt and Jeans trousers. He had black hair too and was built. He had pointed nose, sharp jaws and green eyes. I noticed the green eyed man was just staring at me. He stood up immediately as I walked in.
