CHAPTER 9 { YOU PARTY FREAKS [PART 1]}

I didn't know, but for some reasons, sitting under the same tree most times gave me a sign of relief and a means to relax from everything. But today was a different day because i was sitting under the tree with friends and it seemed interesting. Wesley and Tania had been arguing over a book i didn't even know about. They were telling me what the story was all about until Tania said the main character was a blonde and was 6'11 which brought about the disagreement. Wesley claimed the main character had black hair and was 6'4. I was staring at both of them as they kept on arguing and giving extreme  details of the book and events in the book where the main character's height was mentioned. I didn't know how the information would help my future in any way but i kept watching them argue and explain the story at the same time which was kind of interesting.

" What are you two doing?" Chelsea walked to the tree and sat down beside me.

" Wesley keeps saying Prince Timi had black hair and was 6'4. How is that even possible? He was 6'11 and a freaking blonde! Gosh!" Tania said.

" Prince Timi? They never said that. You were not paying attention to that novel. He was 6'4 and it was clearly stated there!" Wesley argued as Chelsea turned to me and chuckled.

" This weirdo is confused. She doesn't read novels and listens to a lot of 2010 songs because she believes they are better than the recent ones." She said referring to me as Wesley and Tania stared at me.

" What the heck!" Tania said. I gave a shy smile.

" Anyways, both of you were correct and wrong at the same time. Timi had black hair and was 6'11." Chelsea said.

" Who invited Chelsea here?" Wesley asked.

" Dude! You are my guest." She replied pointing to the tree.

" I think she is here to confuse us more." Tania inputted.

" She is your queen, so whatever she says about novels, you have to believe." I said referring to Chelsea.

" I admire how much you trust me. You would be rewarded for identifying your queen." She said with a smile on her face.

" I am a foreigner in your kingdom." I said.

" Chelsea doesn't even know the book we are talking about." Tania said.

" Daybreak. Would you like me to explain the story to you?" She replied which made Tania frown.

" How did you know?"

" Prince Timi?" She replied with a smile on her face.

" I have started liking korean songs all of a sudden." Wesley said with his earpiece plugged in his ears.

" You also listen to korean songs. They are amazing right?" Chelsea said as Wesley nodded in reply.

" I kind of like their culture too. Someone like Tania can't stay there." She said

" Why?"

" They would kick you out for disrespecting them. You won't be able to keep up with the level of respect and honesty they have there."

" You are the one they would kick out. Girl, you are worse than me. Don't you know that?" Tania argued.

" Says someone who sneaks out of the house and lies to her mum." Chelsea deadpanned.

" Who doesn't like korean music. It's a normal thing to love it." Tania quickly changed the topic as Chelsea giggled.

" I don't." I raised my hand. Tania, Wesley and Chelsea turned to me and looked at me with complete confusion.
