Ariana's pov

We walked into the huge bus and took our seats beside each other on both sides. Surprisingly, Aiden decided to come along and he abandoned his car for the bus. I made sure to keep my phone away from him because of what happened two days ago. God helped me, he didn't see it. When he was getting the phone from me, he had mistakes pressed Greg's contact so he only saw messages between me and my brother. In most of them, my brother was teasing me so he just kept laughing at me as he read them. I was so scared out of my mind that day.

I sat by the window with nobody beside me. Chelsea was all over Jamal and Tania was with Wesley. A guy sat beside me with a smile on his face. He was big and had cute chubby cheeks. I had seen him before in my class but I never tried to get his name.

" Hi." He said to me waving his hand.

" Oh, hello. We are in the same class right?"

" Yeah. You don't know me?"

" I do. I see you most times but I keep forgetting the name." I said calmly.

" I am Zen. Remember? I also went for the maths competition yesterday. You were amazing there." He smiled even wider which made me chuckle.

" Thank you so much."

" You don't have to. I am a fan. You dance like a goddess and you are just smart. I loved the way you answered those questions freely yesterday. You deserved a first place. I am very sure you were cheated for getting second place." He kept rambling about the competition.

" Okay? I am happy to...." I got interrupted. There was a round of applause by only the girls in the bus. I turned to see Aiden walking into the bus waving with a smile on his face as some girls were gawking at him.

" What can be any better. Your man is handsome and smart. He is also the talk of the town." I could hear someone say.

" Congratulations Aiden. You were so cool yesterday." A girl said rubbing his hand slowly. Flora glared at her before Mandy could get her hands to hit the girl which made the girl move back quickly.

Why were they all praising him? Both of us went for that competition and I answered more questions. All he did was solve and drop the answer in front of me and most times, we got the same answers. He looked around the bus still waving at the girls. He spotted me at the last seat beside the window. He smirked and turned to the guy beside me who was trying to get my attention. I rolled my eyes and turned back to the guy.

" You got lost for a while." Zen said and brought out his phone.

" Can we take a picture? I would like to post it on my social media." He smiled.

" No, she is not interested. Get up." Aiden said In front of him, his arms folded and an angry expression on his face. The one he carries around in school. Zen stared at him fearfully and stood up slowly.

" Where are you going to? I wanna take the picture." I said to Zen who looked confused of what to do. He wanted to take the picture at the same time leave because of Aiden. He turned to me and back to him.

" Aiden, why don't you just sit with me. That seat is occupied." Mandy said as Flora bray.

" He would be wasting his time beside you. Let us just take your car and get out of here." Flora said confidently but Aiden was still glaring at Zen.

" Okay. What about we take the picture later?" He said.

" I want to take it now. I won't have time."
