CHAPTER 11: can't wait for us to meet, little kitty!

Alessandros POV;

It's been a whole week since I saw that girl on the road, and she's been plaguing my mind the entire time!

This is just ridiculous! I don't even know this girl, and I haven't even seen her features up close!

I've had enough of this. I'm sure if I see her one more time, or perhaps talk to her, I'll be able to go back to normal again!

"Bruno!" I rang up Bruno, the best tracker in my mafia, he is great at his job and I'm sure he'll be able to find that girl.

"Boss! What are your orders?"

"Ho bisogno che tu mi aiuti a trovare qualcuno! Ti scriverò tutto quello che so su di lei, le informazioni sono limitate, ma trovami tutto quello che puoi su di lei. Ti do 5 ore per completare il lavoro!"

(I need you to help me find someone! I'll text you everything I know about her, the info is limited, but find me everything you can about her. I'll give you 5 hours to complete the job!)

I hung up the call as soon as I finished speaking.

Rubbing the space in between my eyebrows, I went through the reports my men sent me regarding the things in the mafia.

It's been a bit quite from the Russian side, which doesn't mean I'll let my men slack.

What's this? It seems the American mafia is also aiming to get the red ruby. Hahaha, this is gonna be fun. It's been some time since I had faced a good fight, can't wait!

I closed the folders on my table and moved to stand near the tinted full length windows of my office.

As I gazed out at the bright New York city lights, I couldn't help but imagine a certain girls face. Her fair complexion and heavenly beauty, which could rival the moon..OK! STOP RIGHT THERE.

UH! I need a break from all this, it's really giving me a headache.

"Ringgg.."

"Right on time!" I muttered as I picked up Bruno's call. "What did you find?"

"Boss! There was not much we could find about the girl. It's like somebody is trying to prevent us from finding her information!"

I narrowed my eyes at Bruno's words. Interesting!

"But we did find a little about her." I listened as Bruno continued. "Her name is Alexis Dennis, 20 years old, studies at Raven University, famous among both students and teachers due to her academic achievements and beauty."

I couldn't help feeling proud at the last sentence, I'm really losing it.

Bruno continued to report his findings. "She seems to be close to the young miss Andrea, and we couldn't find anything regarding her background, family or anything that happened to her before she entered university. It's like everything is wiped out! One of the men will bring a more detailed file composed of all this to you in half an hour boss."

"Alright. Try to find more, and let me know if you do." I ordered Bruno as I hung up the phone.

So, she's close with my sister. Couldn't possibly be that bestie Andrea tries to hide from us right?

It seems she is more than I thought. Can't wait for us to meet little kitty!
