Lexi's POV;

'А теперь, принцесса! Будь хорошей девочкой и подними руки над головой, если только ты не хочешь потерять несколько кусочков мозга.'

'Now, now, princess! Be a good little girl and raise your hands above your head, unless you want to lose a few brain pieces that is.'

The first thought that came to my mind was how he found exactly where I lived. I made sure to hide my traces well, but it seems it wasn't good enough. Atleast, not against him.

Weighing my options, I knew I didn't stand a chance against him right now, especially with him having the upperhand with the gun. I'm just glad Drea had left early.

I let go of the shopping bags and raised both my hands, still waiting for an opening to attack or even run.

"Now get inside. We don't want to alert the neighbours standing out here now do we?" Although I couldn't see him, I knew he was grinning. He was enjoying this. He was enjoying me being helpless. I couldn't alert the neighbours, they are innocent. Besides, he is not someone the police can arrest so easily. It's pretty much useless to resist. I knew this well and clear, and it was building up angst within me.

I moved withing my apartment walls. There was a clear bang as he closed the door behind us. Leaving me trapped here with him, with little to no chance of escape. I didn't understand why he was here. He wouldn't kill me, that's for sure. He likes making his victims experience slow, excruciating deaths. He is like a cat who wishes to play with the little mouse before eating it!

"Why are you here? What do you want?" I outright asked my doubts, trying my best to remain calm, despite the building anxiety within me. I couldn't avoid the images of my mother covered in blood appearing before my eyes.

"Принцесса! (Princess!) I thought you would have missed me! Didn't you get my message? 2 years is too short a time for you to forget me right?"

I wanted to beat the life out of him so bad. But, I knew I couldn't do anything to him right now, and that was driving me mad!

I felt him move closer to me as the gun moved to the side of my head. He picked up a little bunch of my hair from my shoulders, and played with them with his fingers. I felt rage build in me, more so than my fear and anxiety!

"I just wanted to see you, so don't worry too much. Plus, you should know what I'm after, and as the only one left who knows it's whereabouts, you will bring it to me, won't you, Принцесса?"

"I will be waiting. I'm quite patient, as you already know. I'll see you again Принцесса."

He let the hair strands curled within his fingers free. Not a second later, I felt the gun move away. I turned around a few seconds later. The door remained closed, and there was no more trace of him.

My legs weakened and I slumped to the floor. My fast beating heart slowing down. I won't deny I was petrified. He scared me like no other.

I could still remember him beating my mom. Curving her with knives of various sizes. Burning her skin with sizzling metal rods. Leaving her helpless and in pain. Cutting her body parts into pieces, all the while making sure she remains conscious and alive! He made sure I witnessed each and every torture he made her go through. Her screams making me wish I was deaf. Seeing her writhing in pain, making me hope to go blind!

I felt a stray tear roll down my right cheek. I searched for my phone, before ringing my brother. I wanted his company right now.
