Lexis POV;

I thought I'd be sitting on pins and needles as soon as I saw Dreas brother in the same room.

It seems I was thinking too much. After staring at me for a while in the beginning, the damn mob boss just left as if there was nothing interesting here.

Guess he didn't recognize me after all.

"Alexis, that's a beautiful name you have. I always wondered what Dreas friend was like!" I was brought back to reality as Mrs. Alfonso spoke. "Oh, and don't mind my son, he is ....just not very friendly."

I snickered internally at that. "It's alright."

I didn't want to bother that oh great god anyway!

"Right, Drea said your bringing the dresses from L&W. Ayy, you didn't have to do it personally."

I'm already adoring this women. She reminds me of mom in a way.

I forced back the nostalgia while replying to Mrs. Alfonso.

"It's no trouble at all, Mrs. Alfonso. Dreas my best friend after all."

"First things first, call me Lucia. Mrs. Alfonso makes me feel so old."

I chuckled lightly at that. So her name is Lucia. Doesn't that mean light, it really does suit her.

Lucia continued speaking as she unwrapped the dress I had handed to them soon after coming.

"My..this is just...WOW!. You must thank the designer of L&W for us Alexis. This is just so gorgeous."

Lucia twirled while holding the ocean blue gown. I guess she has the heart of a teenager.

"I'm sure you'll make the dress shine even more if you wear. Why don't you try it on Lucia?" I said, while ignoring Drea who seemed to be already hopping her way up the stairs to change into her own dress.

"Just wait here sweety. Make yourself at home. I'll join Drea to get changed and come back." I barely heard the last part of the sentence as Lucia disappeared up the stairs.

Make myself at home, huh!

I sat on the comfortable couch and looked around the place a little. My gaze lingered on the opposite couch as a face popped in my mind.

A chiseled face, with slight beard you can barely make out. Emerald green eyes, and wavy short black hair. Hmm, I have to say Alessandro definitely has the looks.

Today was the first time I actually met the legendary Italian mob boss face to face.

I always thought guys without beards would look feminine. Guess I was wrong.

Hey, hey, why am I even bothering to think of this guy. My brother is also handsome alright!

Besides, his looks are just that. The guy is dangerous!

I looked up at the sound of footsteps on the stairs.

Lucia and Drea both had changed to their respective dresses, and I have to say these dresses really did turn out well.

The ocean blue long gown, that was both modest and exquisite was a perfect fit on Lucia. It brought out the colour of her eyes.

As for Drea, the knee length magenta dress that was backless and with long sleeves was both simple and beautiful on her. It made her look young and gorgeous.

I observed the two beautiful ladies from all sides before being satisfied.

"It looks like the dress fits well, no need for adjustments." I smiled at the two.

"Of course it doesn't, nor am I allowing you to. I just love this baby already!" Drea exclaimed, with Lucia nodding along.

Seems like I can leave here now. I let the two keep the dresses as I prepared to leave.

"Wait!"
