Garett had held up gain at my threats and stopped tutoring and really took the top spot away from His Highness Prince Erik. I then used that as a means to bring unsavory rumors towards both parties. Those who once respected Prince Erik will have to think about him again, and those unhappy with Lady Kaya will gain another reason to hate on her.

The result of those actions began the start of Lady Kaya's bullying. She suffered from multiple petty tricks from having water thrown onto her as well as having her uniform or books torn up. Even though she cried each time, one of her followers would come up with a resolution to her tears and end her suffering as if she never suffered in the first place.

The Royal Academy is a harsh place to live no matter how high your status may be. That is why I hope that all of you suffer for hurting Arielle...

Keeping such thoughts, I came face to face with Garett. He looked at me as if frowning. I decided to only acknowledge him with a nod and smile before going on my way.

"...You are using me to weaken His Highness," Garett said.

I stopped and turned back towards him for a moment.

"Weaken? If you are talking about the rumors surrounding His Highness' inadequacies after being involved with the Baron's daughter, I was not the one who started it," I said.

"Do you think that you are free from fault as a catalyst?" Garett asked.

"Think very carefully about who the real catalyst is...As His Highness' Advisor, you should have been more strict with him when speaking to women not his fiancée. Should you really blame others for cleaning up your mess?" I asked.

"..,Does she know what you are doing behind her back?" Garett asked.

"I don't need your moral compass...If there is anyone you should reprimand, it should be your dear Prince," I said as I lifted the ends of my skirt and bid him adieu.

As a result of the poor rumors, Prince Erik began spending less time with Lady Kaya but that did not mean he spent more time with Arielle. Their relationship had been estranged for too long. It was to the point where they could no longer look at each other without discomfort.

I had hoped they would be able to work through their differences together and return to their rosy relationship once the nuisance was out of the way...That is why I never imagined that things would turn out this way.

"I would like to end our engagement, Arielle," Prince Erik said to Arielle on the day of their Graduation party.

If the news was not shocking enough, he came in with his arm wrapped around Lady Kaya's waist and said these words in front of a large crowd of people.

The news of Arielle's engagement being called off was shocking, but even more than that, the majority of people were more surprised by the fact that Arielle was even engaged because this was not common information to begin with.

"I understand...Let's do that then," Arielle answered.

My heart started to ache terribly as memories I had of Arielle's wedding and Eli's birth and childhood began flashing through my mind.

"Stop...stop," I muttered quietly under my breath.

These words continued to remain unheard of as the scene before me continued to play out before me.

"Do you mind if I ask why you have decided to break things off?" Arielle asked.

"...I have feelings for Lady Kaya. At first, I tried to cut off my feelings for her out of respect for our engagement, but I can no longer hold my feelings back...I want to spend the rest of my life with her and only her, so I cannot accept your feelings," Prince Erik said.
