On our last day, we stopped by the library we first came to Exurbia Library.

"You could have come here more often if you wanted to," I said.

"I thought you were uncomfortable with Garett," Arielle said with an awkward smile.

Even if I am uncomfortable with him, it is not like you dislike being near him...

There are some things I do not like about Arielle even though I idolize Arielle nearly on the same level as a god...but even I do get angry with the fact that Arielle often puts others before herself.

"...It is alright to be a little more selfish," I said quietly.

"Char?"

"It's nothing, Elle," I said as I turned my head to the side.

"Are you two here to find some books?" Garett asked as he came up to us.

"I wanted to talk about your offer," Arielle said as she looked up at him with sweet looking eyes.

"...I will go over there to look at books then," I said as I walked away.

After finding a book I found somewhat interesting, I took it to a table and began reading from it.

"Are you not going to join them?" the Head Librarian Maura asked as she came up to me.

The Head Librarian was a beautiful young girl with long brown pigtails with silver irises. She had helped me when I fell and sprained my ankle. I felt that she was a kind person from how she offered help without any questions asked. That is just the kind of person she is.

I looked over at Arielle and Garett. The two seemed to be absorbed in their conversation.

"...Arielle has something she wants to talk to him about," I said.

"...You do not seem too happy about that," she said teasingly.

"Pardon?"

"Are those two...together?" Head Librarian Maura asked as she twisted two of her fingers together.

"They go a bit of ways back since their childhood. Until recently, he used to be the Advisor of her ex-fiancé," I answered.

"A fiancé already at her age? You two must be Nobles!" Head Librarian Maura surmised.

"Yes...we are," I answered.

"I am a Noble too," Head Librarian Maura said.

"Even if I am a Noble, that person outclasses all of us," I said.

"Is she a Princess?" Head Librarian Maura asked.

"...She is...to me," I answered.

"Fufufu...aren't you quite adorable?" Head Librarian Maura asked.

"...I don't get what you quite mean," I said.

"I should get back to work now," Head Librarian Maura said as she went back to helping her guests.

It was good timing since Arielle came back to me right after she left.

"Have you already told him that you are going to take his offer?" I asked.

"Pardon? Oh, no...I think you have misunderstood, Char. I refused his offer," Arielle said with a smile.
