Lady Kaya showed up at Grace's tea party with a green dress with lots of floral detail and a long ribbon headband.
"Greetings to everyone here...Lady Grace, I came to congratulate you on becoming the Head of the next Food Drive," Lady Kaya said.
Since Arielle refused, the next person whom the association found with a charming demeanor and likable character was Grace Elsie of a reputable Knight family. After her encounter with Lady Siesta, many began to think of Grace favorably as someone with honorable character. She had also produced numerous feats in which she led smaller charity events by herself as well.
"...Thank you for coming all of the way here for telling me that," Grace said.
"I wanted to tell you in person," Lady Kaya said.
"You could have saved the trouble and just send a letter, Lady Kaya," I said.
"Lady Charlotte, I just thought it would be better to send my congratulations in person. Are my sincere feelings too much for you to handle, Lady Charlotte?" Lady Kaya asked in a sarcastic tone.
"...How dare she?" Arielle said angrily under her breath. I lightly tapped Arielle's waist to get her to calm down. "Charlotte..."
"...It is better not to engage with the Prince's current lover in you," I whispered to Arielle.
"...If you were truly sincere, you would not antagonize my guests any longer, Lady Kaya," Grace said.
"Antagonize? I had no such intentions..."
"You are quite brave, Lady Kaya...Coming to a party where you were not invited," I said with a bright smile. "Even I could not do that myself. As expected, Lady Kaya is almost another species. I should applaud you for your bravery."
"...Are you being sarcastic, Lady Charlotte?" Lady Kaya asked.
"...Charlotte, she is someone His Highness favors. Is it wise to get on her bad side?" Arielle whispered as she pulled on my arm.
"From any person's standpoint, anyone can be able to tell who is truly the rude one here," I said as I rubbed Arielle's cheek with my thumb.
"...As the host of this party, I would like to ask that you leave, Lady Kaya," Grace said.
"I cannot believe that you are kicking me out!" Lady Kaya yelled.
"I am merely suggesting that you leave because I am not yet prepared to receive you. Please let me send you a proper invitation once I have have things in order," Grace said.
"I certainly hope that I will be able to attend as well...Hopefully, by that time, Lady Kaya will finally be recognized as His Highness' fiancée," I said with a wide grin.
The entire room went silent after my statement. Everyone in the room knew how I was upset with Lady Kaya taking Arielle's fiancé right under her. Even if he is trash, he respected her before he met Lady Kaya, but now he is a dog wagging his tail at another owner. By bringing up the matter of Lady Kaya not yet being recognized as His Highness' fiancé by His Majesty, I helped remind everyone of this woman's ambiguous status.
At the end of the day, this woman was still a lowly Baron's daughter. For all we know, she is merely a plaything for the Prince. Without His Majesty the King recognizing their relationship, she will continue to remain as a lowly pet with its only skill in being doted on by other men. That is why the Prince tried to press Lady Kaya into doing a charity event in hope that she could earn the favor of the King. Everything failed miserably as it should for a wicked Baron's daughter who likes to steal men away from their partners.
