"Don't fret. I haven't gone full hellion yet. No more than usual." Rebekah smiled as I came into the room.
"Well, that's good. I wouldn't want to have to kick your ass before I got to hug you."
We embraced each other for a couple seconds before letting go.
"You know, we need to talk about your sartorial choices. This is positively darling." She said, referring to the sweater.
"That's not mine. That is Cami's. She has been staying here the past few nights. I'm surprised she's managed to stay out of Mikaelson drama."
"You don't seem to mind the family drama when you need something from us, like a decent dress or a babysitter." She rolled her eyes.
"Excuse me? Rebekah, you're wrong."
"Maybe I am wrong. Be honest, darling... You want Klaus dead, don't you?"
"Trust me, I've thought about it but come on. Rebekah, I have been busting my ass, trying to fight this prophecy. It kills me to hurt him."
"Well, it hasn't yet, love, but it might today."
"Rebekah, what are you doing?" Hayley asked, standing at the doorway.
"And you.. You tore my brothers apart. If they turn on each other, as the prophecy suggests, it's because of you!" She rushed towards Hayley.
I stepped in front of Hayley, causing Rebekah to throw us over the balcony. We landed on the ground below, groaning before gaining our composure.
I huffed, noticing her black eyes as she smirked. She swung at me but I dodged it, kicking her back into the table. Elijah sped over, holding her in place.
"Listen to me! Rebekah! Control yourself."
She heavily breathed, shutting her eyes and looking down. When she opened them, they were back to their original color.
"Dear brother, I have control."
"Good."
Her eyes turned black again as she snapped Elijah's neck. She sped over to me, attempting to punch her hand into my chest but I leaned back.
"Rebekah!" Klaus shouted.
He rushed in with Camille, grabbing her wrist. She fought, failing at her attempt to get at Camille.
"You've lost your mind, sister." Klaus said as he took her hand away from my chest, slamming her on the table.
"Dear, sweet Cami. You're so afraid that you'll ruin her, you keep her behind glass like some breakable object. Look at Mia! Nik, every woman that you and Elijah bring into our lives turns to poison."
He and Elijah, who was now awake, pushed her onto the table, holding her down. Freya rushed over, carving the satanic mark off Rebekah's arm which caused her to pass out.
Once she came to, she sat up, sighing as she looked around the room.
"Well, that was annoying."
I rolled my eyes at Rebekah's smile, walking away.
Getting away to get fresh air, I enjoyed the energy of the evening sky, walking along the mostly empty street.
My brain attempted to calm itself, only to be on alert. Turning the corner of the closed business, I suddenly felt a hard impact to my head, knocking me out.
Some time later, I popped my eyes open, instantly feeling the pain rip through my body. The rope held my hands and legs to the chair. My eyes landed on the three others in the same position.
Dawn kept quiet, staring at the ground. She had a small wound at the top of her head that was bleeding. Jackson struggled to breathe while Hayley fidgeted, attempting to free herself from the rope.
"I tried that. The more you struggle, the more wolfsbane gets pumped into your veins." Jackson pushed out.
He was in bad shape, heavily bleeding from his leg.
"Jack, your leg. Are you okay?" She asked.
"Yeah. They worked me over pretty good. With all the... the wolfsbane in my system, I ain't healing so well."
"Just breathe. When we get a chance to fight, be ready."
"Hayley, Hayley, listen. I don't know if I'm gonna get that chance."
"We are gonna get out of here.. hey, how you doing, where's Ella?" I questioned.
She was in Sebastian and Dawn's care, so if Dawn was here, where were they?
"I don't know but my head hurts."
"I love you. Okay? I've... I've always loved you." Jackson professed.
"Don't." Hayley shook her head.
"When I first saw you, I broke. You broke me, and nothing has ever been the same since. I just want to know that it was all real. Every moment, every touch, every word."
The door opened as Tristan walked in.
"How absolutely darling or pathetic. I suppose it's all relative." He said.
"You let us out of here, or so help me, I will kill you!" Hayley yelled.
"Hm. Somehow, I doubt it. I've been pondering this moment since you tortured me. What's the best way to truly hurt a hybrid? And then it came to me."
"Ugh!" Jackson yelled out as Tristan punched his hand through his chest, ripping his heart out.
Hayley screamed and cried as Jackson's body went limp.
"Let them go." I said.
"Excuse me?" He questioned, walking towards me.
"Just let them go, you have me. Klaus probably doesn't even like Hayley and she's a stranger to him. I'm worth the most to Klaus, Tristan. You've seen us together. Hurting me would break him down to his lowest and you know it."
He stared at me for a second before laughing.
"Oh, Mia, how foolish of you."
