Hi. As you may or may not know, I usually update the story during the weekdays ( I don't know if that applies to all of you but at least it is the weekdays for me) and have a break from the story during the weekends. The updating schedule might change from now on since school started for me, but don't worry I guarantee I can update at least once a week. Anyways that's all for today, thanks for reading!

I woke up refreshed, just kidding, and an hour early compared to normal to work out secretly in my room.

I sprayed a large amount of deodorant to help cover up my sweat smell that I know will appear sooner or later when I work out. I don't know if it really will help, but I sure hope it does.

By working out, I mean just following the exercises from random YouTube workout videos. I am new to this whole workout concept, the only exercises I did in my life are all included in physical education lessons. I did the workouts quietly in my room, I chose all the workouts that did not include jumping since I live with my family and I live in an apartment, so if I jumped, I will only get discovered by my family and maybe the people living beneath me will file a complaint.

I sniffed my armpit after working out, there isn't much smell but there's still some. Hopefully the dress shirt I have to wear for the school uniform and the deodorant are able to cover up the smell. I sprayed a bit more deodorant onto my armpits to help mask the smell a bit before getting dressed into my uniform. I sniffed my armpits again just to make sure the smell is small enough to be unnoticeable.

I went out to brush my teeth, yes I know, it sounds disgusting that I didn't brush my teeth immediately after waking up. But you got to understand the fact that I am trying to workout secretly in my room before anyone notices, so doing it early when no one is up is the best time. Did I mention that I have my own room, although it's not big I am still very grateful for being able to have a room to myself, but I have to walk out of my room to get to the shared bathroom between my sister and I in order to do my business in there, which if you think about it, it will produce a lot of noise and you can guess who will wake up next. So brushing my teeth and doing my business after working out is the best solution for now.

I then got breakfast which is a piece of toast again, I won't complain, it's better than nothing. My sister just got up and came out to have breakfast, though she sometimes skips it for more sleeping time, so having her come out and actually eat at my time is amazing and astonishing. You might be wondering why my sister doesn't walk to or away from school with me, it's simply because I like arriving school immensely early just to make sure I have time to do anything I forgot at school before school actually starts, while my sister prefers to sleep more and arrive school later, not that it's a bad thing. Plus arriving school early is perfect for people like me who don't like to get interrupted by other people. I don't have much friends to hang out with nor do I have extra-curricular activities after school, so of course I leave early, while my sister has friends to hang out with after school, so she comes later sometimes.

I realized I have extra time before the time I normally leave for school, so I grabbed my Japanese textbook and studied since I actually have a test today. After getting scared by the timer I set up to remind myself to go to school, I shoved all the needed things into my school bag and set off to school. If you're wondering why I don't seem to mention bringing my bento to school a lot is because I usually just buy some food from the tuck shop, though if I got some leftovers from the previous day, I'll put it in my bento and bring it to school.

I stepped into the classroom, just grabbed the book 'Mortal Engines' from my drawer and started reading. I love the book's steampunk vibe, maybe I should implement more steampunk elements into my character designs. After a while, more students came in and started talking. A few weeks of being in a Japanese public school made me realize that a lot of local kids don't read English novels, I don't blame them for that. If I weren't familiar with the language, I would not bother with reading the material unless forced to.

After a while, the dreaded Japanese class arrived. The teacher asked us to pack up all the books lying on the tables and to get the right stationary out. After we've done that, she started distributing the test papers and the test started. I grabbed the pen and started filling in the answers immediately. I don't really get the point of covering so many old Japanese poems and stories but I can't just change the whole curriculum. I never finish the Japanese or math tests on time, so I have a strategy to counter it, the strategy is to leave the multiple choice questions for last, since if I don't have enough time, I can just guess the answers for the multiple choice questions and I am bound to score a point even if I am unlucky.

"Students, you only have 15 minutes left."

Oh no, I don't have much time and I am still kind of confused by the Japanese short story I just read. I decided to just rush through it and tried to translate it to modern Japanese language to the best of my ability.

"5 minutes left."

No no no no, I still have blank questions I don't know how to complete. I rushed back to the pages and filled in random answers.

"One minute left."

I kept on filling in answers. My words got uglier and messier. Hopefully the teacher can read the mess that is my writing.

"10,9,8,7,6,5,4,3,2,1, now your papers please."

I slammed down my pen. Phew, luckily I somehow filled in all the multiple choice questions in the last 10 seconds. My hand is exhausted from writing and it resembles a smurf again. I handed in my paper and just looked out of the window until the lesson ended. I needed to recharge my energy after concentrating all on the test. Wait, did I just see something move in the alley between the two buildings opposite our school? I think it is just my imagination since those two buildings are a school entrance and a zebra crossing away. Though if what I saw was right, I hope it's not linked to the shadow thing yesterday.

After that test, nothing really happened that day, so I just went back home, did my homework and studied for the upcoming tests. I ate dinner and read some fanfics after since I got a bit bored. And suddenly I remembered that I may or may not have seen the shadow today, so I just decided to message Rider through the pager just to inform him of that.

A few hours later, I finally took a bath and removed the stinky odor from myself. After blow drying my hair, I decided to check my phone for any messages or calls, so far there's none. So I went to sleep later having nothing to do.
