I woke up extra early for the cram school lesson I was about to have.

I rushed into the subway train, it was spacey in there compared to the usual time crunch. I mean usually it would be filled to the brim with office workers during the time crunch, so it's nice that I didn't have to shove my way into the subway this time.

After a while, I finally arrived at the Tokyo station. I walked to the cram school somehow without getting lost, thanks to my mom's directions. I got into the lift and pressed the button to get me to the level wanted.

I honestly felt nervous, I mean it would be beneficial for me to get better at Japanese, but I didn't want to meet new people. I fiddled with my fingers unintentionally and stepped out of the lift.

A door greeted me and I pushed my way in, looking awfully awkward.

"Hi?" I squeaked with my hand raised up when I saw a woman who greeted me asking who I was.

'Ring~ ring~' the sound of a phone chiming filled the air. The woman looked at me and the phone back and forth as if she couldn't decide on what to tend to first.

"Umm, you can answer the call fir———"

My voice got cancelled out when she sighed and cancelled the call.

"Sorry about that, now please continue."

I told her who I was, she grabbed a few pieces of paper from a big stack of them, then asked me to follow her and follow her I did. I followed her to a room, then she gestured for me to get inside.

I opened the door and most of the occupants glanced at me then returned to whatever they were working on.

"Hmmm, where to put you," the lady looked around the room then got interrupted by her phone chiming again. She clicked her tongue in annoyance, cancelled the call again and fetched out a piece of paper about me. Through the slightly translucent material of the paper and the lighting, I saw that the paper had my last report card on it. I wanted to facepalm, I prayed that no one other than her would be able to see it.

"Okay, you are good at English right?" I nodded. "Then it's decided, sit next to Kaminari. He can help you with Japanese, while you can help him with English." Who is Kaminari though? I felt very called out when she said this so called Kaminari could help me with my Japanese, though it's the truth, so I can't blame her.

At that moment, a blond boy with a black thunder shaped streak in his hair waved at me as if he sensed my confusion. Ah, of course the guy with the thunder attributes would be called Kaminari, cause why wouldn't he?

The lady handed some papers to me, then left in a quick pace, probably to answer the  aforementioned call in peace. I looked down at the papers, while walking to the seat next to Kaminari. She gave me the cram school's self produced test papers, cool.

I pulled out the chair and it screeched loudly. I cringed at the sound and hurriedly sat down before I attracted any more attention. Note to self, I should never trust chairs on a hard surface.

I placed those papers and my stationary bag on the table. I was about to whip out my pen to start completing the Japanese paper when Kaminari opened his mouth and said something. I did not catch what he said.

"What did you say again?"

Oh I probably sounded rude. Well, goodbye social skills.

"I said since we are supposed to help each other out, we should introduce ourselves."

"Oh, oh yea sure. My name is (L/N) (Y/N), yours?"

"The name's Kaminari Denki." He said as he pointed at himself with both of his thumbs.
