You know when he mentioned that he will bring me somewhere secretive I did not expect an underground bunker in the sewers, but it is all cool and it suppose it is fine, it just smells a bit.

The underground bunker is composed of a bed, a table, a computer with a gaming chair, toilet and etc. Not gonna lie, the bunker is pretty sweet, color me impressed. I saw a screw and that reminded me to stop screwing around with my life but oh well.

Screws and machine parts littered the ground, leaving me to dodge them like they're Lego when a person is bare feet.

Rider sat down and sighed like an old man who has years of stress burdening him. I was kind of concerned for him but he dug his own hole to stress if I really think about it.

"So I guess it is time for me to tell you all about the incident from a few days ago. Let's start with what I was doing a few days ago. No, I did not kill another human, don't look at me like that, I just merely injured them, they are still alive, don't worry."

"Then why were you injuring that person?"

"He stole my property, a very important one in fact." He inserted with a mad face, that glare on his face reminded me that he is still a threat and that I shouldn't relax.

"Are you Mizuno's brother and why does Mizuno not know this side of you?"

"Yes, I am Mizuno's brother and I discovered the shady side of the world just like you did a few years ago."

"It all started when I saw a person begging for her life, then getting kidnapped by a random thug, no one even noticed. So I tried to save her with my quirk, but that person stopped my quirk by forming a barrier between air and water. My quirk is by the way vapour teleportation, but the only way I can manipulate it is to have enough vapour around."

"So as long as there's water vapour in the air, you can teleport?"

"You got it right, that day I reported the kidnapping to the police, and the police spent days investigating it. But they ended up with no clues as to how or why it transpired. Then a private investigator came in and asked for my presence alone, he told me that I am one of the people who have an ability to notice things such as these, then he invited me to join the forces of the groups itself. That's why I told you that no one normally notices us."

"So are you sure about me being in this so called special group of people?"

"I actually am not entirely sure, I say about 70%."

My jaw dropped at that.

"So you just dragged me here to 'explain' when you yourself aren't necessarily sure?"

"Yes, I did. But it is better than knowing nothing. Anyways, there's no way of detecting whether or not a person is in this group other than the experience of noticing something others don't notice."

" What is this group's name then?"

"The snipers."

"Woah, the name is actually cool sounding, kudos to whoever made that name up."

"It is pretty cool. The reason why Aoi doesn't know this side of me is because if they discovered the existence of my sister, they would drag her into the debt I owe to the group, so that's why Aoi and my family members don't know this side of me."

"Okay, seems reasonable, I will not tell Mizuno that then."

"Thanks. So basically what we snipers do is eliminate any supernatural threats such as the shadow clan from attacking the human word. The shadow clan are people proficient in using dark arts and weaponry, heroes don't deal with them, we do and that scream you heard that day is of a man from the shadow clan."

"So what is this shadow clan's goal or aim?"

"We aren't sure but I personally think that they are trying to steal the ancient relics, as they often go to a lot of relics' resting places."

"What do these relics do? Are they just really strong or something? And from what I heard I believe your guys guard them?"

"Your speculation is correct, we guard them from any threats that may present themselves before it. The relics are indeed really strong, they aren't identical though. Some of them can appear in the form of a weapon, while some of them can appear in the form of objects. They all have immense power as well, that's why so many people want to steal it and use it for themselves."

Relics reminds me of fire emblem but I suppose if I am in a world with powers, there's always going to be ancient objects that are ridiculously strong.

"So I am guessing that I'll have to join the snipers as well due to how I also have the ability to notice the shadow clan."

"Well, whether you join it or not is up to everyone in the snipers. I would vote for you to be in this as well, even if it is a dangerous job to work as we can teach you the ways of the snipers."

"Wait, you referred to this as a job, does that I mean I can get money from this?"

"It depends on your performance and rank but yes you can."

"So this is just like a part time job?"

"It is but less official and more dangerous."

"Cool. I am in for the job now."

"Bruh."
