Mental health is very important. Unfortunately during that time of year I find it hard to get through the days. I will be celebrating the life of family members I've lost during that time which has really affected me. I please ask for time as I make it through those months and also send love to any of you who have experienced loss. The amount of pain loss brings is something that most of us can describe as unbearable and at times crippling.
Yet we all can make it through holding onto memories and relying on those who love us. I hope that each and everyone of you who has lost a loved one can find inner peace. Please also remember to take the needed time for mental health. It is important that we take this matter seriously and are able to cope and make it through. If not because of loss or due to other things or the trying previous year, we need to ensure that we take the needed time.
If you ever need extra help do not be afraid to reach out to family members, friends and professional help. They are all there to support you and help you through difficult times. Reach out to those you love and appreciate them daily and let them know that you are there for them.
On a lighter note I wanted to let you all know how much I appreciate you all. From reading, voting to commenting you all really have shown me so much love. The continued support you show blows me away. Truly I have run out of words to express my thankfulness for having you all here. I'll see you soon!
